Pan American Properties inc Vista Pines International, Vista Pines Apartments They withheld information about bad tenants above me who torment & torture me every night from 12 a.m to 5 a.m keeping me awake with constant loud marching, moving furniture; They refuse to stop the torture, and refuse to give me a quiet apt. In July 2019 I met the manager for Pan American Properties; who converted an old motel the Ha'Penny Inn into 75 studios and apts called Vists Pines of El Cajon, CA.  She deliberately scammed me by withholding important information about the dangerous tenants above the studio she wanted to me to rent; the tenants stay up all night long and have been tormenting and torturing me by keeping me awake every night from 12 a.m. until 5 a.m. 

She took my money under fraud and scammed me into renting the worst tiny studio in the complex.  She knew the tenants in apt 74 stay up all night long dropping heavy items, move their furniture around, march and exercise for hours right above my bed.  Since I moved in here 2 weeks ago, I have not had more than 2 hours sleep per night. 

She refuses to stop the torment from the neighbors, yet demanded I pay rent for Sept.  Pan American property and the Vista Pines manager scammed me, an old widow into renting the worst apt which she could not dump on anyone else.  Pan American Properties is a scam because there is no president or owner or staff listed on their website, just a building. There is no one else to call to stop the tenants above me from abusing me nightly for 5 hours of noisy furniture moving and exercising.

Pan American Propreties is in breach of their rental contract with me which guarantees me in paragraph 6 "peace and quiet" and forbids tenants from infringing on my peace and quiet. It is illegal to deprive a paying tenant of their right to sleep in their paid for apartment. Pan American property are scammers since they hide their names of the owner, president, staff from the website. They avoid dealing with problems and have no live in manager on the property to deal with crises and emergencies.  Shame on Claudia and Pan American property.

THEY ARE LIARS, SCAMMERS who just wanted my money without any intention of upholding their part of the lease rental contract.   PAN AMERICAN PROPERTY MANAGER OF VISTA PINES SCAMMED ME INTO SIGNING A YEAR LONG LEASE KNOWING FULL WELL THE BAD NOISY TENANTS IN APT 74 WOULD TORTURE AND TORMENT ME EACH NIGHT BY KEEPING ME AWAKE FROM 12 A.M UNTIL 5 A.M  I am in a great deal of pain emotionally and physically from lack of sleep for the last 2 weeks.  Pan American Property refuses to return my phone calls and emails and the manager of Vista Pines lies to me about "talking" to the bad noisy tenants.  She is a scammer and has no intentions of stopping them from abusing me, harassing me and torturing me for 5 hours every night.
