Panasonic Corporation I Filed A Legitimate Complaint On Behalf Of My 87 Year Old Mother, Mrs. Helene Shore Who Received A Negligent Microwave Oven From Panasonic That Is Leaking Poisonous Fumes From The Inside And Has Rust Peeling From The Bottom Of It And So Far, The Company Has Deliberately And Purposely Ignored All Of My Complaints! Mississauga Ontario

Regarding:  Very Serious Complaint   Dear Chief Privacy Officer:   Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You!   How is your day today in sunny Mississauga, Ontario  Canada and/or wherever else You are in the World?   My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that Your Company Sent My Mother One Of Your Inverter Microwave Ovens and the Oven Is Very, Very Negligent!  

Firstly, the oven has Rust Peeling From The Bottom and There Are Dangerous, Disgusting, Poisonous Fumes Leaking and/or Igniting From The Inside which are so Bad that we had to Unplug The Microwave Oven and Not Use It Anymore In Order To Prevent The Fumes From Continuing To Leak!  

This is an Extreme Health and Safety Hazard on Your Part and Your Negligent Product had the Potential Of Worsening my 87 Year Old Mother's Health Condition who is Currently Suffering from a Prolapsed Bladder, Heart Condition, Low Blood Circulation In Both Of Her Legs, Along With Arthritis In Both Of Her Knees Which Affects Her Mobility and the Last Thing That I Need Is To See Her Land In The Hospital and/or Get Worse Because Of Your Faulty Product.  

For Your Information:  I have just filed a Very Serious Complaint with the Health Department and Got A Confirmation Number Below At The Bottom Of This Email for your reference and further review.   You need to Seriously Take Back The Microwave Oven at Your Own Expense and then You Can Observe and Examine It.   Then You Need To Kindly Replace This Panasonic Microwave Oven with a Proper One that is Not Dangerous, Nor Negligent.

Have you nothing better to do than file frivilous complaints and lawsuits??? Do you live in Canada or LA?? You are not a freelance correspondent to any site like Google!! You are just a pathetic individual who cannot live a life without complaining about something. How did the lawsuit against Exxon turn out??? Oh yeah you LOST. Get your mother a new microwave and move on with your life.

Do you ever have anything other than a "Very Serious Complaint?

While based on your previous reports I expect nothing less than a terse profane filled response, I do have some "Very Serious" questions.

When did you(or your mother) purchase this microwave oven?  Did you purchase it new?  Is it still under Warranty?  If it is not under Warranty why do you think they should replace it at no cost to you?
