Hi I got misleaded and cheated by Parktrent Properties in a seminar and sign the documents to purchase a land in Melton in Melbourne. The land is overpriced and they admit to get it build in 6 months but still one year their nominated builder has not got approved the plan from council. I paying interest on the land purchased And water and council rates but there is no sign they are going to built soon. I feel cheated and there is no one from parktrent who can help me

The Rip-Off Report I Filed a Report against Park Trent Properties from Melbourne. I am happy to write down that Mr Ron Cross, CEO, personally talk to me and offered me assistance to sell the land and get my money back. He is quiet helpful and even builder write down me about the complain and offered me some solutions. I am working with them to sort out the problem I am facing. I thanks The Rip-Off Report and Parktrent to help me and resolve the issue Angrez Singh Padda
