Parkway chrysler Jeep Dodge This Dealer Sale Me Wrong Vehicle .I Request Power Seat vehicle and I get Manual Seat ,I Pay For Power seat. Clinton Township, Michigan

On April 13,2012 I Called Parkway Jeep and Spoke to Kane Karpinsky a salesperson employed there. I asked him to give me price on 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the equipment 4 wheel drive, power seats and with the color Gray.He gave me aprice over the phone of$30,200,00 and I advised I would bethere saturday and wanted to purcase this.He told me this was in stock and to come in.On Saturday I drove toparkway April 14,2012 to meet with this salesperson Kane.At11:15 am when I arrived I was told he was busy and would assist me as soon as he can.I waited for hours while he was busy with other people.I did not test drive this Jeep or was I ever shown the Jeep we discussed.Finally at 2:30pm hehad time for me and then told me they were closing up,the paperwork was done prior I assume from the call I made and he was having apoter bring the Jeep around. I paid cash in full for this Jeep I asked Kane why the sticker was not $30.200.00 and when Igot into the Jeep,I told Kane this was all wrong.he brought/sold me the wrong vehicle.There were no power seats and the price was $27,999,00 for this Jeep. I told him I wanted this corrected ASAP and for him to get me the Jeep Grand cherokee I paid for. He told me to call back Monday to get it this issue fixed,they were closing he had no time left for me,I left the dealer and called back Monday only to speak to Kane Karpinsky boos michelle yoirk. I explained what happened and the treatment and lack of,She refused to hear anything other then that Kane sold me a Jeep and the deal was done, her hands were tied.unable to help me,I am furious at this point and still and highly disappointed with the treatment and staff at parkway Jeep in Macomb County.Since I have spoke to others in management and filed a BBB complaint and AG complaint. A person by the name of Rechall call me 3 days later from parkway Jeep and asked me to come in to see the issues and how she can help .I drove there again and explained everything again.I was told they were willing to swap the jeep for power seats as I Paid for a Requested.I was told they would need another $5,600.00 from me in order to give me the power seats I asked for in the first place.I refused to pay any more and explained again and showed the contract I signed and what was given to me.In the mean time the service dept has my Jeep looking at it while I was talking to these managers. I was amazed and disgusted of the treatment and demanded for the Jeep to bring up and I was leaving. I refused to pay any extra and feel. I was surely taken advantage of. when my Jeep was brought up and left in the parking lot there was a dent in my driver door and a several scrapes along the door handle.I was fuming and asked why they damaged my Jeep,I was told by manager in service it was brought back this way. this comment is horrific due to less than aweek old and I would not blame damage on a new vehicle.they refused to fix this issue, and the Jeep is now dented and scratched on the driver door thanks to parkway Jeep on Hall Rd,in Macomb.

Did they remove the power seat after your test-drive?
