Well via Groupon to get NYC parking it indicated that ICON parking cost was $38 so I went into paypal and could not change it and they charged $60.  This is a rip off firstly because they would not refund my money when I told them I could not use the groupon and was never going to use.  they said they had a written that it was nonrefundable another falsehood.

It was the first and last time I would ever use them.  Firstly I discovered through other people that travel and park in the city that other parking lots even for beyond 8hrs it costs daily at the most $38 .  Parkwhiz says they are competing and have good discounts ... false...

All I want is for a full refund as I could not use the groupon and do not intend despite the fact they interestingly enough claim I can use this one anytime.  Interesting especially since they claimed they can't though refund the money.  So to suit them and quiet the potential customer they decide this when that's not what the customer wants.  

Mind you they claim they are nationwide and prolific so why not refund me my money?  I had to leave the city and never parked in NYC that day as I had a mishap and decided to leave there.

Mind you that day I texted them repeatedly I never made it to their lot and they merely sent an automated answer giving direction to their lot.

I would highly recommend not to use groupon for parking vouchers as you will be ripped off should you not be able to use the groupon and forget about getting a refund.
