If you are considering applying for a "Pardon" in Canada READ THIS FIRST.  To start with it is no longer a true Pardon.  It is a Record Suspension that comes with several hitch's.  This process is in no way helpful as the Parole Board of Canada lies and misleads the applicant.  So the first thing to note is they will inform foreign authorities of your so called pardon. 

The office of the Chairman (Jennifer Oades & Lisa Noseworthy) will bold face lie to you and claim they do not do this.  However they have the RCMP do it and thus they feel this misleading lie is therefore not dishonest.  So any country you have ever travelled to (USA, etc) will be informed of your "pardon".  You will find this out once you attempt to cross. 

Although you are permitted to "lawfully deny interaction, arrest, charges and convictions by Police" once the "pardon" is granted the PBC will bamboozle and shock you with the fact that they provide this information without your knowledge making you in to a complete liar to foreign countries and in all likely hood be denied access to said country for being a liar. 

This is what the Canadian Gov't does; make no mistake of this FACT!  You will then be applying for a waiver or denied entry based off the fact you received a "pardon".  This is an absolute fact and can be verified by contacting Dan Jakel of the RCMP at Dan.Jakel@RCMP-GRC.gc.ca to verify this.  He lies initially but stay persistent and you will get the truth out of him. 

Any of the facilitators like Pardons Canada will also lie to you as they are misinformed and ignorant to the true process.  In addition, Pardons Canada and the like claim a NON-PROFIT status to give the impression they are honest and helpful and this is also a BOGUS LIE.  This lie can be verified by contacting the John Howard Society and/or the Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) they both can verify this. 

Why the Parole Board of Canada does nothing about this just lends itself to what a corrupt, bogus and dishonest money grab this nonsense process truly is.  A "pardon" is like asbestos - better left alone!!  Pure governmental corruption at the highest level.  Save your money.  Pointless and bogus process.  In addition is anything ever happens to you whereby you are charged again, it all comes back hence it is not a pardon at all and merely a temporary Record Suspension.
