But fearing (if) something happened to me, I didn't want to Burden my son. The $2,495 they took from me, could've paid 1/2 my End of Life Costs - I am healthy but live in fear of leaving my son too soon as my own Father suddenly did, to a massive stroke. Pat Suarez was delighted by my growth, urging me to HIRE him ASAP to write my GSA Govt. Contract Proposal, citing untold GREATER revenue. Reluctant to pay by "Zelle" I asked to send me an invoice with the full scope of their work. 1.) The invoice was generated under "Patrick J. Bechtel Ave #188 Springfield, OH 45504, his website address is different; 3703 Marbella Ave. I asked but he did not write - a time frame. 2.) The 2nd entity was GovConectx.com by Vaune Marino vaune@govconectx.com 703-477-9909 Reviews were outdated, newest being 2018 Ms. Marino and Mr. Suarez scheduled me for a screen conference, Ms. Marino sensing my hesitation quoted $4,995 BUT $3,995 if paid in a week, $2,995 if paid 11/17, in her last ditch to sell, dropped it to $2,495 IF paid by "Zelle" ID dmgrad@gmail.com • Dec 2022 - Jan 2023 Pat demanded 3 years Financial Statements, the same I provided U.S. Govt. as required annually. • Feb - Mar 2023 Pat further sent me 1/2 dozen addition documents, reports and three independent supplier evaluations. All I have provided Pat is all SENSITIVE details for my business, especially Financial Statements AND Bank Statements. • April 7, 2023 Pat sent me an e-Mail regarding necessary "Contract Modifications" yet, I had no GSA Contract, further I asked him; what have you submitted to GSA on our behalf? Nothing! But he cites they/Pat want to "assure" my GSAADVANTAGE Listing is current. That I needed to send by "Zelle" immediately $500.00 - "By tomorrow would be Spectacular". • April 7th was followed up with a Text from Pat citing sending the $500 was "Urgent", to send April 8th latest. I didn't, that's when I questioned why all new documents and how long was I looking at now? "Pat replied by e-Mail at least 5 more months, give or take".
