To Whom it may Concern never ever order a suit or anything from Paul Fredrick or Paul Fredrick.com, trust me I am doing this not for the money but i dont want anyone to go though want i went though, with the worst coustomer service you will ever find, never use thier coupons from thier catalogs. They say they work, but without you knowing they bill your credit card for both items, 

for Chirstmas, i got the coupon from the Catalog, and after i called they said yes anything you order, you can get another item of eqaul or lesser value for free, that was total bull,

but i did, i order 2 suits, one double breasted and one singel breasted, only one came, and the back of the suit was ripped,at the semmed of the back of the coat plus the pants, was not the size made for the suit, the other was not their, i was stunned they would sell something like that, 

i called them ASAP they called me a lair and the old hag i spoke to told me to go @#$%^&*()_ myself, i called back, and talked to another old hag, she told me the most profarity i have ever heard. i called and called, just to hear the worst profanirty i have ever heard. 

SO i called my credit card, short after, they billed my credit card a secound time, them my credit card called them, and they send me a pre-paid shipping lapel. i thought it was the end, well it was not, they recitementted the charges back to my credit card, after 3 months saying they never got the suit, my credit card informed me the wrong address was on the shipping lapel, so i went to the post office, and got a lost and found form, the manager of the post office remebered me since i told me man what happened, he wrote a letter and faxed Paul Fredrick, and my Credit Card saying, yes he has retured the package, and i gave he the receipt, 

They still will not stop, PLease if you have to order a suit online never and i mean never order from Paul Fredrick, in fact ever order anything from those Bastards, they are scam artist, trust me, once they get your credit card, there is no telling what they are going to do to you,
