Paula Lerner Paula Cain I gave her a hold deposit and she decided to cancel our agreement. She also wrote a lease and white out the move in date Canoga Park California

 When I went to get my cell phone she took a check from my wallet and cashed it without my permission. When I saw that she cashed this check I was completely shocked. SHE had no intention of renting out the room in her house. She has done this scam to several victims and was already listing the room again prior to altered lease agreement that she changed the move in date by using white out!!

She refused to cooperate by giving this money back to me and does not return my calls. She also refuses to return phone calls made by my attorney. She is a con artist and a true sociopath.
