pavlik brothers heating and air conditioning inc. overpriced equipment and service charges milton, Wisconsin

I have a duplex and was recently looking to replace both furnaces and one air conditioner.I first had attempted to get someone to my house from pavlik via the internet their website said someone would contact me in 1-3 days.Needless to say i had to call and make a appointment via the 1-800 number.Finally a man came to my house went through his speal about his company and how they were different then other companies ask us to pick out five things that were important to us.I will just say that both me and my wife picked price and cost as well as efficiency.He then asked me if i would help him measure the house.After that he sat us back down and we went through packages one was the optimal,premiere,deluxe and the basic and prices in order were(now keep in mind this was for one side of my duplex it would cost double)17,700.00,16,500.00,15,200.00and12,500.00 At that point he could see that i was uneasy about the price so he started mix matching and taking stuff out and he finally came up with the premiere furnace on our side and basic package on our tenants side lowered the efficiency of both furnaces(which we only got two options 96% or 80% i have done research there are other efficiencies out there why did we not get any other option?)He went through what we would be getting with this option they would come in and take out all other equipment(which we were switching from oil to gas so furnaces plus oil tanks)they would be in the next day,they would be cleaning out the ducts (they put everything the nextday but said there is another crew that comes and cleans the ducts)And this is when things started going south the salesman called and said they were not going to remove the oil tanks i would have to pay someone else to do that.Then the day after they were done i had scrap and old parts left i called my fathers friend(who is h/vac certified)to buy the old stuff he asked me who did it i told him he ask how much i paid i told him we paid 11,990.00 as if i got a good deal he dropped his head.We walked through what they had done and he immidietly started telling me what the actual prices of the equipment were in total i had roughly 2,800.00 worth of equipment so 9,190.00 was profit?which they probly only paid the four people that spent five hours here 500.00 at most that leaves 8,690.00 oh wait the 500.00 tax credit i got went back to them so back to 9,190.00 profit not to mention the fact that i still havent seen no one to clean my ducts.So after hearing that disturbing news from my fathers friend(who said by the way he would have done it for 4,400.00 with labor)i called the salesman back and told him i wanted to see about getting them removed as part of there money back satisfaction guarantee within 12 months i had told him what my fathers friend had just quoted me he stuttered and said he would have to call the office he would call right back 45 min. went by he called and said we would talk on monday.I am probly stuck with this  but i hope this will help other people think twice before calling these guys.( p.s. my fathers friend said home depot even has better prices)
