After clicking you are sent to a "free" credit check to "make sure you are who who you say you are"
When you fill out the information to get a three didget number nesessary to continue you have just signed up for a fee based credit report and monitoring service.
Now you input the three didget number needed to claim your $1,500
And you are sent to another fee based scam involving easy cash loans of up to $1,000
Not the $1,500 " you just won" but $1,000 that you need to pay back with interest for the "loan" or as they put it "cash advance". I never thought PCH was only a scam that specialized in bait and switch tactics like this to prey on people who think they have won a prize just to be stuck with a scam like this.
If you are playing games on PCH.com thinking its harmless fun and you might actually win a prize STOP its not harmess fun it's you participating in a large scale and sofisticated fraud that could end up costing you time and money.
I took photographs of the screens which informed me of my "win" and I will be forwarding them to both the B.B.B. and IC3 in hopes that I can help put a stop to this scam before more people get hurt by PCH.com.
