I'm writing this to report Daniel Medina manager of Peachtree Village mobile home park. I originally found this place listed in the rentals section of Craigslist.com I drove there and viewed the two trailers that were for rent at the time. It was early 2012 and I decided to rent one. What a mistake! First my gas stove didn't work, then the thermostat was broken and it was winter so no heat! I told manager Daniel but he said he would have to get a new thermostat, and would exchange the stove. He ended up exchanging it for another piece of junk which not only didn't work but looked like something he found at the junkyard. I roughed it two nights without central heat until I couldn't bear sleeping in front of a small space heater and nearly freezing to death if I got up. My grandma came with me to complain to no avail. I stayed at her place. I went to the trailer two days later and as soon as I walked in the place reeked of gas! I looked at the stove and saw that the knob was left on. I called manager Daniel again and found out he had sent Ivan his unqualified maintenance guy over while I was gone and he had left it on for those 48 hrs! Daniel said just open the windows and doors.. I called the gas company and they said the stove needed to be thrown away. I stayed at my grandmas again until the smell went away and when I came back I noticed my key wouldn't turn someone had broken off a bumper key in the doorknob attempting to break in while I was away! I was scared so I had the locks changed. I didn't get a NEW stove til 2 months later! The maintenance Ivan would come in with his key unannounced on one occasion I was ill lying in my room and I heard this knock on my bedroom door scared me to death! Daniel Medina said "he's just doing his job if you call us we expect you to be expecting us" yet said he didn't owe me the courtesy of a proper heads up. Then 10 months later there's an unbearable smell of death coming from my vents, turns out a rat died under the house. Daniel Medina didn't take my complaints seriously my family and I had to cover every vent in the house and that didn't help! After many emails, calls and face to face complaints he finally had someone remove it but the smell was still there. Sketchy cars would often idle right outside my house at weird hours. People would walk through my yard and leave trash on my porch steps. Five or more solicitors would knock on my door daily. The dumpsters were overfill and it looked like a landfill. I ended up moving out due to all of this and I was nickeled and dimed for things that were there when I moved in. I payed my rent on time, cleaned up and painted that trailer. It looked better than it did when I first moved in. Long story short DONT RENT THERE! THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!
