Pensacola Auto Exchange I recently purchased a car for my son and was charged for work they did not do. I paid to have a new starter on the car as a condition of sale and within 3 weeks, the starter went out. I had a friend of mine remove the starter and he was positive it was not a new starter. They also said the car had a new battery which was not true as well. These people are simply not honorable business people. Pensaciola Florida

 I recently purchased a car for my son from Pensacola Auto Exchange.  When I picked the car, it would not start.  He said "it has been sitting and the battery must be dead"  We charged it and it did not start.   He said "it needs a new starter".   The dealer also owns Bobe Garage in Pensacola.  They supposedly put in the Starter.   The next day I test drove it but the idle was not good. He said "when you replace the battery, it takes the car a while to adjust"   Are you kidding me???  Anyway, he implied it had a new battery and I paid for the new starter and it was adjusted to the price.   After 3 weeks, the car wouldn't start and I had a friend of mine look at it and he pulled out the starter.  It was obvious, it was not a new starter or even a new rebuilt starter.   These people are very dishonest in my opinion and I would never refer anyone to them.  I went to the garage (owned by the dealer) where they supposedly put in the starter and they werent even apologetic and even rude.   Bottomline, the dealer blamed the garage and the garage blamed the dealer. The ironic thing is they are both owned by the same man Miles Bobe.
