Buyers beware! Perma Jack is unscrupulous in their business dealings. They completed work on my home, accepted my $2000 check and decided to disclose six months later the work completed was not as contracted. The work provided no remedy and their suggestion is another project which I have vehemently expressed as unwanted from the beginning. Their initial offering for solution was to charge me additional monies for this project. Magically, this cost has diminished and they offer to complete at no cost. No way would I allow them into my home for additional work. Unchanged is my wish to avoid doing any other business with this company. The intent of this rating is to warn others to spend your money wisely and not with Perma Jack of St. Louis out of Valley Park.
