PETRA REALTY, KRIS KAYE, EZEKIEL KAYE They Want My Land Which Is Not For Sale And My Taxes Are Paid They Will Not Cease Nor Desist: LAS VEGAS NV

Petra, Ezekiel Kaye, and Kris Kaye, from Nevada, intend to buy my property which is not for sale, will never be for sale, and my property taxes are paid for. This is my first real property thus shall become a Texas Homestead Property. Unfortunately, They From Nevada, continue to send letters. They And All Of Their Affiliates must stop contacting me immediately directly and indirectly and also cease and desist all attempts at buying my properties and all other properties that I own.

Petra, I have received MULTIPLE letters from Ezekiel Kaye, which I have confirmed works for your company. Since this information is correct, I am sending a message, even if you use the "Not In My Department!" excuse:

I. DO. NOT. HAVE. PROPERTY. FOR. SALE. EVER.

And if that should that ever change, The Petra Company, The Owners, The Staff, The Associates, And The Affiliates, Of Petra, All Shall Be The LAST To Know. Do not send any more letters. Do not make any attempts to buy my properties.

...Attempts to contact Petra and its Associates have failed. Their web site form does not send the requested information. An attempt to write to The Better Business Bureau results in censorship by PETRA Group and Associates that DID respond with the "Not In My Department!" excuse with a misleading response insinuating that they are not employees of Petra. Better Business Bureau does not verify the information.

If Ezekiel Kaye is or is not an Independent Contractor that is Irrelevant. Ezekiel Kaye is an employee that represents PETRA and PETRA is now responsible for permitting an employee to harrass a property owner that obtained information without the permission of the property owner in order to harrass the property owner. And with multiple aggressive attempts to acquire the property, paid in full, and taxes current, for ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ONE TIME CASH PAYMENT. The only option of response is to DISREGARD THE NOTICE while they continue to send even more notices. PETRA and Kris Kaye's response indicates that they are aware of and permitting the harrassment to continue. Kris had stated that PETRA does not do business outside of Nevada. Since Ezekiel Kaye is an employee of PETRA, that statement that Kris typed is false. There are numerous property listings IN TEXAS which provides contact infromation leading to PETRA. 

Real Estate Companies and similar companies use Technicalities all the time. PETRA attempted to use Technicalities and endorses the harrassment and identity theft and continued attempts to steal my property. Petra, Kris Kaye, Ezekiel Kaye, and ALL INVOLVED, have only ONE correct choice to make:

To Cease And Desist with ANY and EVERY attempt to aquire my Property. This also applies to Any and Every other Real Estate Company.

Property Owners Beware: PETRA, Kris Kaye, Ezekiel Kaye, and numerous other Real Estate Associates, Brokers, and Companies are after You and your Property. Do not let them continue the harrassment.
