Typcial board room politics got the better of Sheri Pihl who acts for the CEO od Petsmart.
Her ego prevented her from helping me and her stubborn behaviour should get her fired from executive offices where this behaviour JUST MUST NOT HAPPEN.
I need a refund for ADVANTAGE 11 FLEA meds which DO NTO WORK IN FLORIDA as suggested by MANY VETS and experts.
I FEEL SCAMMED

Did you flea proof your home before using this product?? I use this product and it works fine with my animals since I have had my house and yard sprayed. And what does the CEO of this company have to do with the product?? How do you know anything about her EGO as well?
