i am writing to complain i ordered medication and was told it would arrive in 5 - 7 days

Well them having your banking information is now the least of your concerns. As you have just posted not only your bank information but your address for the entire world to see.
I would highly suggest you immediately contact your bank and close the account in question. You may also want to contact the admin on this site to see if they will remove it. However, even if it is removed it would not keep less than honest people who have already seen it from trying to use it.
You didn't say if this was for a valid prescription or not. But any site that claims to be able to get you prescription drugs without a prescription is probably just looking to Rip you off. So don't expect to get your prescription or your money back. However, even if you do eventually get your prescription don't use them. The chances of them being fake and causing you more harm is very great.

Did you buy the meds with a valid prescription? If not, I would say dont hold your breath getting your money back. These types of companies are completely illegal.
