Phi E Kay Warning I got ripped of by a black male in Tulsa Oklahoma by the name of Phi E Kay with Lamborghini replica parts. I paid $2,300.00 in parts when he came to my house. He showed me pictures of supposedly his work and even showed me some parts I paid him to separate the parts for me Jan 01 2020
I kept calling him and he stop answering my phone calls and blocked my Facebook when I told him I would report him to the local Oklahoma Police Dep. My wife also found out that this scam artist has a online website selling Dogs by Bullaghini Stold my money and i never got my parts Tulsa

We have just been made aware of the lie and false statement made by this Person James L Brown we have never sold to this person we have never been to this person house and have never heard of this person, we have never been contacted by any police department and proof needs to be proof we have never heard of this person and have never done any work for this person
