I can guarantee you that reagan, his ex-wife, has no idea that she is on his property managment website. He has scammed her for years as well. he has ruined her name and now ruining his sons name. And down below about the bogus hoax, the aauthor is Laura which is his girlfriend in Galveston That handles his business there. He does have a girl friend in tyler that collects rents for that area. So I'm sure all of you that are taking up for him is his girlfriends or its philip shy Shinalt using his girlfriends to type a good report. 

I just saw the contact information on the propertymanagementgalveston.com website was updated to Reagan Shinalt.  I doubt anything has changed with this business.  Be advised!

We had the same experience with Philip Shy Shinalt in Tyler Texas under the company name ProRealty.  He collected the rents from a property he was managing for us but never forwarded the rents or deposits to us.

My wife and I have been ding business with this company for a number of years and we have never had any issues what so ever with them.  We receive our payments on time and we receive timely reports regarding our property.  This is a little hard for me to believe.  I would reccomend this company anytime and my wife and I will continue to use them.

I'm sure it's fairly obvious, but just in case I'll spell out the details:

• Everything about this rebuttal sounds bogus.  I'm not aware of any property owner who "looks up information" on a property manager they've been working with for "years."
• I have plenty of evidence to back up my acquisations including statements from tentants, phone records, email records, certified mail, a report filed with the Texas Real Estate Commission, bank statements, etc.
• I have better things to do with my time than file bogus claims.  I was stolen from and although I'm sure I will never see the money I am owed, I am willing to invest my time in making sure that others don't fall for the same trap.

You may choose to listen to this "satisfied owner" who is most likely Shy or someone working for him, but I would strongly advise against having any sort of interaction with this man.  If you must, try calling his listed number and see if it goes straight to voicemail and swing by his Galveston office address.

I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND Shy Shinalt as a Property Manager.  I was just looking up information on my property that is Managed by Shy Shinalt Galveston Property Management and I could not resist to respond to this BOGUS assult on him.  I have been using Shy to manage my property for years and he has been the best Property Manager I have ever had.  I receive my checks on time, his Maintnance crew has always performed work on our property and has always been very fair with pricing.  I will continue to use Shy as my Property Manager. You can't please everyone but I must say I am highly satisfied.
