Phillip Muir Attorney @ Law Muir and Troutman Incompetent Lawyer, took money for criminal defense when he had no criminal defense experience or expertise Beaverton, Oregon

Philip Muir knowingly took my criminal defense case to defend me yet he knew he did not have any experience with criminal law. He also knew that I did not have any idea that I needed an experienced criminal defense lawyer in such a serious case but he lead me on to believe he was going to represent me and defend my rights.

Instead he took my money and did not mount any kind of defense for me and allowed me to get convicted. He failed to object to anything at all and he failed to defend my rights.

Phil Muir could have been honest and truthful with me and told me that he did not have any experience with criminal defense and could have steered me in the right direction to help me find an attorney who was experienced in criminal defense case to defend me without any experience in the criminal defense area.

What makes it immoral and wrong is that he takes an oath to represent clients who are people, human beings and yet he places his own interest over the clients interest under the color of law.

Phillip Muir knew he was doing the wrong thing when he took my money and lead me to believe he was looking out for my interest and was going to defend me and my rights.

His only interest was to take my money nothing else. He failed defend me. He was incompetent and deficient. He failed to object to anything in the trial, he failed to ask why the police did not conduct an investigation of the alleged crime scene.

He failed to conduct his own alleged crime scene investigation on my behalf for my defense and trial. He had no idea that he needed to ask why the police did not conduct an investigation of the alleged crime scene.

This is not a good attorney. he is immoral and a crook.

Anytime a lawyer takes on a legal case in an area he has no experience in he is not working in your best interest.

Just as a good doctor who has no expertise in the area of brain surgery would refer you to a neurosurgeon or someone who was qualified and had experience in brain surgery this lawyer should have been honest and referred me to a lawyer with expertise in criminal law defense instead of being greedy and dishonest and take my money and my case.

I blame Phillip Muir and his Law School where he got his law degree for his greed and dishonesty because the Law School did not teach him to be honest with his clients and look out for the best interest of his clients first.

Shame on the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law of Oregon for not teaching Phillip Muir about putting clients interest above his own greed.

Shame on all law Schools and Law Professors for allowing lawyers like Phillip Muir to even graduate for law schools.

If you really look at it it lawyers like Phillip Muir who make their Law Schools come under scrutiny so it only makes sense for law schools to teach morals and ethics to their law students before they graduate and even are allowed to take a Bar exam.

If you really loo at it, used car salesman have more scruples and better ethics than cheap incompetent lawyers.

Philip Muir is now doing Bankruptcies as a lawyer because he does not have what it takes to be a good criminal lawyer. Even paralegals and legal aids can do bankruptcies.

Shame on any lawyer who takes on a legal case in an area he or she has no expertise on and serves his or her own interest first.

Shame on Phillip Muir. It is my recommendation that you do not hire Phillip Muir as your lawyer for any reason because he is dishonest and unethical.

Shame on all the State Bars for allowing lawyers like Phillip Muir be their member.

Phillip Muir was in cahoots with the prosecutor in my case and helping him convict me instead of defending me as he said he would.

It only makes sense that a lawyer take on legal cases only in the area he has experience in and help anyone looking for legal help find a lawyer who is fit to take on cases in the area of their expertise.

A good lawyer with strong morals and ethics will serve the client's interest first and above his own. Only a greedy lawyer will take advantage of a client and his ignorance and that is Phillip Muir.
