Bought an Articair cooling box from them 5 weeks ago Their website said it would be sent in 2-5 business days. No confirmation, not sent, they do not respond to email and I see others have had misfortune with this company Hope they didn't just steal my credit card number to be used maliciously. I am going to contact my credit card company today.
