This company refuses to cancel memberships. We have moved a great deal away from the Gym ( Home Gym) we signed up at. We have made numerous calls to the Gym and the employee's told us " WE HAVE TO COME IN PERSON TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP". This company was told by us that we have moved and dont have any intentions to travel all that way just to cancel our membership, and that they do not have our permission to continue to deduct the monthly fees. But they continue to steal our money.
We made attempts to cancel online since they give you the ability to sign up online, and they even have a link on their website to "cancel/freeze membership" but when you select that option a window pops up and says please visit your " Home Gym".
We even noticed that our agreement says "NO AUTO RENEW" but they continue to do that and take more money.
