I have never learned of a more volatile $100 million dollar funded startup in the history of the world. Disruption is one thing when it is a revolutionary change, such as Uber, AirBNB, Twitter, Facebook; and, Pluribus Networks was propped up to potentially be such a disruptor in the networking realm. It still could be, but the days are numbered, and the company is bleeding the fake investment money from the jugular.

First, you must understand the entire company is fake.

Second, the CEO is inexperienced, and he hates Americans and the United States.

Third, there is no executable strategy, other than “build it and they will come.”

Fourth, they’ve turned over nearly everyone in the leadership, except for the imbecile CEO, Kumar Srikantan.

-          They’ve lost their second VP of Sales.

-          They are on their second VP of Marketing, and he is more concerned with whether or not he wants to be gay or bi-sexual than doing his job. He’s timid and afraid of everyone and everything.

-          They demoted their COO into oblivion.

-          They have angered, burnt bridges, and retaliated against every single employee that has left the organization.

-          They talk horrible about their Channel Partners.

-          They try to go behind the backs of their own investors to try and steal their customers.

I mean it’s just a really sad environment. Everyone flies all over the place wasting money, and they have sold essentially nothing.

They had one real customer, Steelcase, and Pluribus Networks literally crashed their entire network. They had to deploy an entire team of real-time engineers on-site for months to bring their network back to fruition. It was a huge tragedy. It cost both companies millions of dollars, and almost single-handedly destroyed both organizations. Still to this day they cannot name drop or reference Steelcase.

State Farm requested Pluribus Networks’, no one sought them out, and they haven’t executed on a single solution, nor can they reference them as a logo.

They are channel partners with Dell, and Kumar Srikantan the CEO of Pluribus Networks said, “F* Dell!” right before Chase Holland showed up to give a presentation that had nothing to do with either company, and used the wrong logos and information. Michael Dell was informed of this, yet he did nothing about it. Perhaps he wants to just buy the company for pennies on the dollar because of the insulting relationship.

Kumar Srikantan the CEO of Pluribus Networks also stood up in front of everyone at headquarters and told everyone, “They should have the passion shared by the 9/11 bombers.” I mean really? Who the f* says that? This guy stood in front of everyone and said it after going on a nearly one and a half hour tirade talking s**t about former employees, existing channel partners (ie. Dell, TIBCO, Nutanix), and demeaning everyone, talking s* about the CEO of Cisco, and basically letting his mouth run unprofessionally with no filter.

The company doesn’t have $100 million either. The investments were bulls*, and it’s just a transfer of money from one account to another, but trust that they don’t spend a freaking dime on anything, and they pay below par for every single position. The Series D round was a back scratching effort from the original investors to get an additional $50 million, because Pluribus was last to the table.

Dozens of existing and former employees have left horrible reviews on Glassdoor, and Pluribus spends all their time in Marketing trying to get legal to go after Glassdoor to remove the reviews, which Glassdoor does remove them, because they are pussies, and even though it says they can’t remove the reviews; they get removed all the time.

That’s why this it being put out there everywhere, because it’s bulls* that a company can be so insulting, and so fake, and get away with it. At some point accountability for these asshats has to happen, and so be it.

There’s so much more, but just know it’s a worthless organization with terrible morals, no integrity, no honor, and the worst leadership ever.
