On June 9^th. 2007 I was approached, assaulted with bodily injuries and terrorized by Hanna Simone Messih and her daughter Paulette Abdel Messih, when I walked out of my parked car to visit my friend Kim, who lives in the same apartment block as Mr. Wafic Abdel Messih, my ex-friend. I filed my police report for the assault. I also have a hospital report for the bodily injuries, which I sustained during the attack, which left me scars on my face and left leg. Sgt-detective Joanne Mercier who was assigned to this case called me into the police station only once to ask me a couple of questions pertaining to the assault. I explained exactly what has taken place that day and that I also suffer from fibromyalgia which is a join pain and weakness of the muscles. I explained to her that the same vindictive Arab family hit and run to my car for which I have a police report and the witnesses who saw it happened ,vandalized my new tire and hacked into my e-mail.I was surprised that she never asked about my injuries and about any of my witnesses.She called me again to the police station just to arrest me on false accusations and fabricated lies written on the police reports filed by the Messih family and their friend Francesco Escobar, who was not even present at the time when the attack took place.

Joanne Mercier never properly investigated any of the information on the police reports written in French by the Messih family and Francisco Escobar. Mine was written in English. When I tried to explain to her in my broken French the situation, she simply refused to listen. She has lack of communication in the English language. All her documents were written in French which I found to be discriminatory against the English in Quebec. On her police declarations which were based on her personal interpretation she had written: criminal harassment and armed with a weapon, which are serious offenses, that I never committed. I refused to sign these lies against me. When I asked her to explain to me what she means by criminal harassment and what kind of weapon she was referring to, she had no answer. Furthermore, she wrote in her police report that I have mental disorders and that I should be evaluated by the doctor.  She locked me up and forced me to sign her documents by threatening me. I was afraid and I had no choice. I came across innocent women who were arrested on false accusations against them. It seems that it is a growing problem with the cops of Montreal of arresting innocent people.  Since I have access to all the police reports and documents which were hidden from me by the police department, I wrote a letter for further investigation into my case to the Montreal Police Chief Yvan Delorme and to the Minister of Public Security Jacques P. Dupuis, former Minister of Justice.Non of them ever replied. Being an innocent person I paid for the police errors by an unscrupulous detective Joanne Mercier who destroyed my life forever! No lawyer wants to take my case knowing that police always wins and it is a lengthy process. 43 cases of police shootings were documented in Quebec were the police officers were acquitted.
