Well, it looks like the owner of this shop, Tamie Sigler, has closed her doors and ran with the money. She has closed all websites, facebook pages ect.. I have found many people so far that she has also ripped off and if you are one of them, contact me for legal action. I will try to have Tamie Sigler investigated for fraud and put in prison, as well as the return of our money. I will put my email here to be contacted by anyone that has had a theft problem with this thief, I just hope it takes it. Lets put this thief where she belongs, in prison.          (((Redacted)))

Update: A check was mailed to me by the owner of this shop. The check came over a week after she claimed I cashed it on this very website. The check was for less then half of what she owes me. The reasons she gave for the under payment this time was for moving charges and nothing was said in the letter about the short payments I have received. I, in return, sent her all the payment records and emails I have received from her to show there is no doubt what she owes me and there can be no more excuses. In my letter were also prof of payments for moving my belongings in the first place. Thats right, she is trying to charge me twice for the move. This shop owner is a complete train wreck and it looks like I am on my way to court. 

As stated before, we have contacted legal authorities and the police regarding these parties.  These parties have been warned both verbally and in writing and are refusing to cease and stop the actions you are currently reading. Our business with these parties is concluded and we will not be bullied by this pathetic harassment.  Our understanding of these activities is that this type of continued harassment is illegal, and we have gone to our prosecutor.

First, my reports are only illegal and slander if they are not true, they are. There is almost $2000 of missing furniture of which the owner of this store owes me half. The under payments were just discovered while going over all the records that I was given from the owner of this store. She claims a check for $300 has been sent and cashed, I have still not seen one and, thats $500 short. I am not picking up my furniture until I am paid in full or my missing furniture reappears. Some of her past excuses were "I had a bad book keeper", "My computer crashed", "My employees were stealing from me". I do not think the owner of this store has a clue what is going on in her own shop and her method of inventory is atrocious. I also found in her records that a payment was made to the owner for pickup of my furniture when this first started of $150. She charged me again $160 after first sale. $310 to rent a $30 truck and one guy to move? This extra charge is not in my total of what she owes me.  I am not looking for a hand out, I am just not in the habit of giving away several thousands of dollars of new furniture to a crook. This is just one more lie or excuse this person has giving me over the last few months. I am giving facts and numbers where she is giving rants and more excuses. And to the owner, filling a false police report can be a serious offence. 

WE HAVE PAID THIS PARTY IN FULL.  IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THIS IS THE TYPE OF PERSON THAT WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FOOD, WHILE EATING IT AND DEMAND A REPLACEMENT.   THIS PARTY IS LOOKING FOR MONIES FROM OUR COMPANY WHEN NOW 6 MONTHS LATER AFTER ALL WAS TO HAVE BEEN COMPLETED, IS NOW COMING UP WITH BEING SHORT PAID.  IF THIS WAS A PROBLEM THEY WOULD HAVE SAID IMMEDIATELY 6 MONTHS AGO.  THIS PARTY IS LOOKING FOR A HANDOUT.  EVERYTHING THAT DID NOT SELL  WAS TO HAVE BEEN PICKED UP IN NOV AT THIS PERSON'S REQUEST.  NOVEMBER PICKUP  - NO SHOW, RESCHEDULED PICKUP AGAIN IN DECEMBER - AGAIN NO SHOW, RESCHEDULED PICK UP AGAIN IN JAN - AGAIN NO SHOW, AND LASTLY AGAIN IN  FEB AND AGAIN NO SHOW.  THEIR DRIVER WAS TO PICK UP - NOT THEM.  WE ARE STILL STORING ALL UNSOLD ITEMS.   WE ARE NOT RUNNING A  FREE STORAGE UNIT.  KEEP FABRICATING MORE STORIES BECAUSE EVERY EMAIL, FALSE NEGATIVE REPORT AND REVIEW THAT HAS BEEN SENT ABOUT US IS ONE (1) COUNT. THIS PARTY HAS ALREADY BEEN ADVISED TO STOP CREATING FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT OUR COMPANY.  THIS PARTY NEEDS TO GO TO ARBY'S AND LIE TO THEM TO GET A FREE HANDOUT. IT IS EASY TO SEE THIS PARTY HAS NO INTENTION OF PICKING UP REMAINING ITEMS AND THIS IS WHAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT.  WITH WRITTEN PERMISSION TO DO SO, AN APPOINTED REPRESENTATIVE FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER IS ALWAYS PERMITTED TO PICKUP ITEMS FOR OUR CONSIGNORS. DO NOT BELIEVE THE GARBAGE THIS PARTY IS SAYING.  WE'VE FOUND OUT THAT THIS PARTY SKIPPED OUT ON THEIR RENT, DID MOVE TO CA,AFTER ARRANGING TO CONSIGN WITH US.  IT WAS OBVIOUSLY CHEAPER TO HAVE US SELL THE ITEMS RATHER THAN MOVE THE ITEMS.   WE HAVE PROOF AND USPS CERTIFIED SERIAL NUMBERS WITH RETURN RECEIPTS ON RECORD.  THIS IS A PATHETIC ATTEMPT TO EXTORT MORE MONEY FROM US AND NOTHING MORE. 

The owner of this shop is the joke. For the few times she did make a payment, the payment was short. In her emails to notify me of a sale, she had the item, the price and my half only, it was not half. She sent emails listing every item that sold and every item still in her store. The problem with that is half of my furniture is missing. Last week she informed me she will be sending a check for $300. the problem with that is she owes me over $800 and, no check ever came. The owner of this shop has used excuse after excuse for months why she could not, then would not pay. I have every one of those in writing from the owner and a detailed list from her of what sold, and is still there. and again, half is missing. The owner must think there is little I can do now that I live out of state but, there is. I will be taking her to court and if i were her, I would at least would ask me for the emails she sent. Or even try reading the few I have already sent. Do not trust the owner of this shop, she is a thief. Paid in full? RIGHT!!!! That is the joke.

The report i posted is true. The owner of this company put it all in writing. I am willing to send the info to anyone who has use for it. She did go to the police about my reports saying i was making hundreds of phone calls and emails to her. There has been no phone calls and emails i have sent were forwards of her emails proving that the owner owes me over $700. After speaking to the police after her complaint, they instructed me to file suit, which i am already doing. Doing business with this shop and the owner is a nightmare and nobody should have to put up with this.

The persons involved in writing this garbage are  flat out liars.  They have sent 100's of nasty reviews, emails and threats to me.  Please note, the parties involved have been reported  to the police.  In addition, they have been contacted by the police department and told to cease and stop these actions against myself and my company.   If they do not stop they will have a warrant for arrest.  Personal note to all - It is shame and unacceptable that a small business can be targeted like this by anyone who wants to harm another!
