your calling me a compulsive liar? you are very low! There is absolutely no reason for me to make any of this up. Why would i just make all this up? you know everything i have said is the complete truth! you on the other hand have your business to protect, the reason why you are denying everything and lying to do so. What does it matter that you have been open for 30 years you and your work is embarrassing. And accusing me of trying to scam the insurance company? really? i would not even know where to begin on doing something of that nature. 

First of all you are a compulsive liar, here at post oak collision we have been open for thirty years and we never treat any of customers bad. We never said any racial remarks towards your lawyer. We don't have camera phones to see who is calling us , so how will we know what race he is. You and your lawyer are trying to scam the insurance company and we will contact your insurance company and we will provide proof that  you are trying to scam them. You are more than welcome to
contact your insurance company and have them come and reinspect your vehicle and we will be more than happy to fix anything that is wrong with it. We have dealt with people like you before. Like i said we have been in business for more than thirty years and we have many customers that appreciate our work. We have dealt with reviews like yours before. So you need to please keep all your lies to your self.

We gave you all the receipts for the parts, and we have all the receipts on file and we could provide everyone to you. So if you wantto contact your insurance company, we will fix anything according to the insurance, because we have lifetime warranty on our repairs.

wow i cannot even put into words the kind of liars you are! even more the fact that your math is as good as your work,it has been way past four months since my car was involved in the accident! everything in your reply was a lie! you guys should really not own a buisness!

and its funny how you dont touch on the fact that my trunk leaks water, or the fact that my glove box was dug into, or even the stolen tools that were taken from my car, or the parts that were not replaced and promised to me or the outrages storage fees hence why i really had no choice after signing the work order. And if you are saying the truth about my lawyer wanting to total the car why didnt you ever tell me about this? all i was told is that you did not take oders from a "n****r" (quote from garib) and if he wanted to give you orders for him to go to your place and fight you!

First of all the car has not been here for 4 months, if so the car would have been here right now. The customer held up reparis because he stated that he was going to have his vehicle fixed at another body shop. He refused to pay any storage or tow fees. After all this he decided to have his car reparied here with us at post oak collision. On the missing items, we have video proof that he took all his belongings before he left our shop and we can provide all the evidence that's needed. On the missing parts, he is claiming, it was all accessories and he asked us to give him the money to purchase these accessories. We gave him the money and we have a copy of the check proving that we paid him for this. In regards to his lawyer, the lawyer offered us money to total the car because he could have a stornger case, and we refused to do such a thing. The customer was in good condition when he came to our shop, he was not hurt at all, and we also have video proof showing that he was in good condition. This all looks like him and his lawyer are trying to run a scam on the insurance company. According to the insurance estimate we provided the customer with every receipt for his repairs.
