There are several points to make.

1. If you are a New Age company of any kind claiming to offer spiritual tours, truth and integrity is mandatory. If you are dishonest in your dealings or cheat customers, of course, that is bad karma, and in a morally just Universe, that karma one day has to be balanced out and reparations made. As a Spiritual Master, that duty is mine.

2. If you have cheated people or ripped them off, suing people rarely works. It may work for a while, but when someone has a stronger self-respect, it goes south and the end result is massive financial loss. Suing people to be quiet whilst you continue to cheat people is unethical and only worsens the situation as this report shows. It is better to repair your own integrity and be honest, and to say sorry for your mistakes, rather than to blindly continue on the same path. It looks bad in the public eye when you have sued many people, and speaks for itself.

3. Threatening people with losses or SLAPP suits to remove Rip Off Reports rarely works and clearly does not wash with Rip Off Report. It just makes others write Rip Off Reports as well and before you know it, ones business is degraded and customers go elsewhere.

4. Everything in this report is true and the evidence speaks for itself. I, as a Spiritual Master, cannot be made to lie to conceal wrongdoing and thus I refused to submit to a SLAPP. It has been abandoned at great detriment to the plantiff.

5. I did indeed charge Power Places Tours and Gregg Braden one million pounds for my trouble in this matter. That bill stands and is attached. I understand those involved are talking amongst themselves about how to settle the bill.

An insolvency warning is also issued for Power Places Tours - for all trips 2017 and 2018, the company is at high risk of insolvency with significant debts and several unpaid judgements against it.

I was asked to clarify what the details of the million damages were for as there has been some public misunderstanding in that some were led to believe I asked for silence money.

It is not silence money, but damages done to the work of an Emissary of Source, for my losses in energy and time, for losses in income, for distress causes (1 year of dealing with a SLAPP suit), damages for being bullied and threatened with prison (at Christmas) and an element for loss of exposure (which will be used to gift parts of my work to humanity).

It should be known to the public that everything here is the truth (with the exception below).

I am of high ethical purity and do not lie. Everything here posted was - and is true - shared in public interest, to assist others in those who were cheated as well as to defend myself properly in the matter.

The only exception was when I was bullied into retracting statements earlier in the suit.

I was threatened with detriment, crippling financial loss, being labelled as a man of bad integrity (via SEO companies employed by Power Places Tours) and various other degrading situations (including prison) if I did not say I lied to Rip Off Report. I was threatened with prison if I did not comply with Rip Off Report arbitration and say the reports were false.

Now I am the Victor, and also because I now know better,and have proper self respect I would never lie - even if forced to lie.

Thus all of the allegations raised are true and based on facts - as well as my own experience, and that of talking to others who also suffered loss at the hands of Power Places Tours.

Power Places Tours have been invoiced for GBP 1 Million (USD $1.5 million) for consultation fees and damages. They claimed I wanted silence money, but the truth is no amount of money can silence anything, for the truth is so self-evident and because people cannot pay Rip Off Report to remove reports. Thus the disclosures and reports are permanent.

The screenshots shows clearly that it is a bill / invoice for spiritual consultation and damages caused to my work as a Spiritual Teacher and Emissary of Source and not a request for silence money.

The reasons why the figure is so high are as follows:-

Firstly it is necessary to understand that I was invited to a Transformation at the Source Event in Dec 2012. That event was designed to facilitate high level transformation and thus Power Places Tours invoked the metaphysical power of Source.

I too, am the representative of Source. Source is about ethical purity and telling the truth.

That fact is self evident in books published in 2010 and 2011 (predating the event) and evidence for that is here and the books clearly relate to Source (and Star Beings):-

So it is clear that I am a representative of Source with extremely important messages for the human race and that was interfered with, to the degree much exposure was lost, both by not being able to promote my books at the event - and due to time lost dealing with a SLAPP suit.

Secondly - it is necessary to understand that many people experienced losses at the hands of the unethical practices at Power Places Tours. That cannot be disputed, for the evidence is overwhelming. Losses were incurred by other transformational speakers (in one case US $60,000 - see further down in the report), many customers (who lost fortunes defending cases and being forced into silence - SLAPP suits - see Jeanette Maws experience in the report) and indeed by myself spending 3 years giving Power Places Tours the lesson in Truth and Integrity they invited.

Thirdly - Transformation at Source clearly implies making good for one's mistakes. If a company has caused losses totalling almost a million (or perhaps more) to multiple parties (when loss of time, income, money and legal fees are factored in) - making good for that mistake and becoming ethically purified naturally means that those who have cheated must give back the money as it was not rightfully theirs to take. It was taken through bullying, deceptive contracts, ripping people off, etc.

In spiritual terms - this is karmic balancing.

Fourthly - As I am an Emissary of Source, asked to give the lesson invited by their behaviour, it naturally follows that a full learning of the lesson is to correct the mistake and make the necessary reparations - and to me as I am the one that had to put a stop to the abuse and spend three years doing so.

The million will then be used for the greater good of humanity, to offset the loss of exposure and as a result humanity will be gifted a large body of my transformational work.

It is fair, and could be seen as poetic justice.

I have no ill-will to Power Places Tours - but in the end they had to make good for their 10-20 years of abusing people.

As a Spiritual Teacher, I cannot let that behaviour go unaccounted for, and certainly not allow myself to be degraded, bullied, cheated or subjected to loss and detriment for standing up to that abuse - or be prevented from being a useful spiritual teacher to humanity.

Thus the logic is sound. Power Places Tours are indebted to me for the sum of GBP 1 Million.

A class action suit is being prepared in the USA representing those who have experienced loss because of the Power Places abuse. Gregg Bradens involvement in the scandal will be heavily scrutinized and he may be subjected to the suit as well. He has not appeared to have commented so far but he is scheduled to speak in 2017 with Power Places. He also knows about the matter and that people have been abused by Power Places. Some people say he is getting free tours from the proceeds of the abuses. The evidence for their wrongdoing is convincing. It would be hard for Power Places to deny what has happened.

It's amazing how this company is still in business. I worked for Power Places Tours back in the early 90's. Holly James, Richard Rodgers and myself were always bullied by the owners, Toby and Terri Weiss. Very unethical practices going on back then. It was a nightmare working for these people. With the concept for which they market their tours one would think that they would operate their business with faithfulness and loyalty to their customers. I learned the hard way as an employee and I thank my higher power that I was only there for 1 year. If I didn't know better and I do now, I am certain that I was working for the Devil himself. 

 I worked for Power Places Tours for a very short time and although the owner made me sign a contract that declared I was an "Independent Contractor," she treated me and everyone else like employees, controlling a great deal of how we did our work, right down to what emails we wrote. Commission for selling a $5000 trip was about $15 dollars. It was ridiculous! She left her key employees frustrated, overworked, angry and in ill health. The turn over was terrible and I finally left in disgust over the way she treated both her contractors and her customers.

Profit was always the bottom line, and the fine print of her tour conditions allowed her to take people's money in very questionable ways. What travel company in there right mind would charge a person for tour package, have you pay in full, and then three months later, after it's too late for a refund, tell a traveler they now owe $500 more dollars due to the "rise in costs." Zilch! I had such high hopes for working there, hoping it would be a rewarding experience in helping others go on a spiritual "journey of a lifetime" but so many were very displeased with the service. To be fair, many were happy too. But the energy was so bad working there, I had to leave in a hurry.

Thanks for sending me this update. I checked your site again only yesterday to see if there was any news. 

The record should show that I gave this company many opportunities to privately address the concerns I have about ethics abuses and the sacred sites.

On many occasions they were offered the olive branch behind the scenes and offered opportunities to help them move forward from a place of forgiveness and dispute resolution. With God's love and wisdom, I will prevail - yet that prevailing does not preclude forgiveness and compassion for the losing side once the respect is there and the lessons that have been invited learned.

At least 7 of their employees have confirmed this is the truth.

Mr Edward Parkes of Harcus Sinclair has also been invoiced for GBP 50,000 for lessons in truth and integrity.

The reasoning is that I had to repeat myself last year over 100 times why those who abuse, bully, cheat, lie and steal are the ones that have to take losses. Ecah time I explained it to him, he appeared not to understand why those who are dishonest makes losses.

In his reality, those who abuse, cheat, lie and steal should be given more money - and thus a LOT of time was spent explaining to him why that is not the case - whilst he continued to make threats, harass me to remove posts I did not put and generally was a nuisance to me and my partner.

He then had the audacity to demand GBP 10,000 from me instead, again threatening with jail if it was not paid and he was the architect of the original draft order.

The bill also includes a payment for energy clearing, after spending several months dealing with the nuisance caused. To date, he has declined to pay for the consultation elicited by his conduct and the payment is now past due.

The complaint(s) made about Power Places Tours Inc set out below are withdrawn in their entirety and no reliance should be placed on them. I have since discovered that the facts on which I based my reports may in fact not be true. I was the complainant. I have settled my differences with Power Places Tours. I can declare today that I am the supreme victor in the dispute with Power Places Tours.

The Will of Source (and its associated values of truth and integrity) have prevailed and has pushed out unwelcome energies of deception, lies and lower astral parasitism.

The Transformation at Source has happened. I have moved into a full grounded and sovereign embodiement of Source - which also makes me the Supreme Authority on this matter and Source has made its ruling.

As an Emissary of Source, I am the Truth and as a Spiritual Master, it is my spiritual duty to defend the values of truth and integrity. By standing up for oneself, one repels away the energies of fear and control. Power Places Tours for many years abused and did great harm to their customers, suing them for speaking up or for resisting the bullying. Power Places Tours continued this behaviour relentlessly until they met me.

I as the supreme mirror for karma have shown them that lying , cheating and intefering with people's energy fields is not acceptable and this behaviour had to stop.

For me, they tried on the fear of threatening to send me to jail for telling the truth but that attempt has not succeeded. It has only further exposed Gregg Braden and Power Places Tours for impropriety and further scandalous conduct. It also made the lawyers trip over themselves, over their own impropriety (as demonstrated throughout the report).

The truth is so self-evident that it is now beyond question that it would be impossible to censor the truth now and thus threatening me with jail was a pointless exercise.

It has also transpired that my partner was sued for abusive reasons - namely for reasons of racial intolerance because she is German and I understand that the Weiss's are connected with Judaism and that Power Places Tours are doing a Healing the Holocaust event in 2016.

The Holocaust was clearly wrong and it caused much unnecessary suffering. There is also obviously some resentment toward Germans and though it is my belief that all races should be treated with equal respect and dignity - I do feel that the deeper lesson here for the Weiss's is around healing the past trauma of the holocaust that is being projected onto myself and my Gernman partner who has suffered much distress at the hands of Theresa Weiss and some of her 'associates'.

The holocaust caused so much disempowerment in the past, that anyone not healing that would feel disempowered again, and it is for these reasons that the business of Power Places Tours has experienced extreme destruction - but this time by trying to abuse a Spiritual Master.

It is simply a life-lesson,  a karmic process - and through me they had to learn about forgiveness and the relinqushment of control. One cannot compensate for past traumas by abusing sentient beings from a place of ethically corrupted power.

I have no racial prejudices and thus such abuse does not work with me for it is not part of my life story. As a Being of Source from Source - I am simply a neutral mirror for what is. I am also an instrument of global healing for such deep past racial disputes for I am a mirror of the Universal Source which unites and heals.

Threatening to jail people, take their money and to seize their homes or to pester them with lawsuits after ripping them off is the ultimate antithesis of common respect for sentient beings, No right minded being woulkd ever accept this behaviour.

The world should know what happened here and that Gregg Braden was an ongoing and active supporter of the behaviour.

The world should also know that I won - and that was because I stood up to the bullies and refused to accept the behaviour - whilst also embodying the all important forgiveness,

When I was young, I learned to have respect for the loser in a game or contest and so I must have some compassion for the losses of the Weiss's - yet whilst remaining in truth and integrity to myself.

It is that compassion and forgiveness that ends disputes, I also learned about self-respect and integrity, so I must also thank Power Places Tours for being my mirrors as well.

It is the ruling of Source that Power Places Tours are purified and forgiven by the healing love of Source

I understand that Power Places Tours have now decided to retract their jail threats and to accept my terms.

I am not going to be sued any more and will be respectfully compensated from a place of good will by Power Places Tours for my losses incurred.  I will not be subjected to any detrimental terms.

I also understand that my partner will be apologized to in private for the upset caused to her.

2016 will be a year of peace, reconciliation and clearing up the public domain of the postings.

I also have agreed to respect the privacy of the Weiss's longer term and to allow them to heal in private which also means there is not anything else to say nor would it be appropriate to. Difficult yet necessary lessons have been presented for resolution by the dispute and people should be allowed to process in private so that their dignity is maintained.

I bear no ill-will toward them, and simply reflect back love and forgiveness.

They have been invited to appoint a fresh representative who will work with me informally to take down as many posts as possible from the internet in order to allow Power Places Tours to have a fresh slate now that the dispute has been resolved.

Chapter 21  Truth and Integrity

Impeccability (Ethical Purity)

One of the main reasons why Spiritual Mastery is so hard to attain or to understand in the Western world is because of the unpopularity of being ethical. Many people cheat, lie, steal, delude themselves or others, engage in control dramas and violate the basic spiritual laws and principles that make a strong relationship to Source possible. Examples include taking or abusing the sanctity of life, unethical livelihood, sexual misconduct, theft, control (violation of free-will),a lack of respect for the path and a whole host of other ethical issues.

Without the ethical purity in place comprehending high-level spiritual understanding is impossible (there are Universal safeguards in place to prevent people blowing up stars and tearing holes in the Universe or damaging the purity of the Higher Planes – things that would happen if these safeguards were not present!)

Without ethics – whatever one thinks one knows may be false and in some cases one can become subservient to the energies of the Lower Astral – a phenomenon most notable in light-worker channelers who have not yet transcended control dramas. In my experience of the light-worker community – beneath a superficial veneer of love and light lies a dark world of shady behaviour, corruption, cheating, lying and a large array of other unresolved control dramas which tragically ends in victim-hood, sickness, misfortune, suffering and death – the end result of ignoring ethics.

The worst enemies of spiritual enlightenment are lying and cheating – both of which will cost you in energy terms many more times the cost of playing fair and true. For as long as you have the tendency to lie, cheat or steal – spiritual understanding will be impossible to attain. When you cheat with intent – the karmic effect is amplified. Whatever benefit you may believe you obtained through deception and cheating – will quickly be outweighed by the subsequent depletion of energy.

In recent times, I have come into a deeper understanding about the value of this work.

Transforming at Source implies renouncing all lies given that the Source is incapable of deception. Deception is a product of the human mind and thus Gregg Braden (and Power Places Tours) has asked to be ethically purified of his part in bad ethics and deception.

As per my website – spiritual transformation involves a commitment to truth and integrity.

I was threatened and bullied off the conference because I wrote a book about Truth and Integrity, and had I have attended, my message would have been inconvenient for the unethical agendas of Gregg Braden and Power Places Tours.

I was threatened with restrictions on speech, restrictions on movement and an editing of any books and speech material. I was told that security would remove us without warning or refund if I said anything that Power Places Tours found un-agreeable (a clear violation of First Amendment Rights).

I was told I was going to lose my money and be quiet, otherwise bad things might happen to me.

To quote Power Places Tours – “I was going to be taught a lesson”

So I discovered that this company Power Places Tours is unethical in many ways – a company blessed and supported by Gregg Braden. I was threatened with unfortunate consequences including a defamation case if I spoke up about some of the things I found out.

It turned out that many people have many concerns about this company and have been ripped off with Gregg Braden’s support and blessing.

Those who are ripped off and speak up are routinely sued in SLAPP like actions that violate the most cherished values of free speech, integrity, respect and common decency whilst Gregg Braden continued to promote their tours. The same people that speak up are routinely threatened with criminal cases (without merit), extortion suits and also have their families harassed and intimidated by associates of Power Places Tours (and thus by association Gregg Braden).

I discovered much evidence of losses caused by bad business practices at Power Places Tours, lawsuits happening in different parts of the world, employees (or contractors) for the company confirming such concerns, speakers out by 4-5 figure sums of money and the fact that Gregg Braden 'was' silently blessing such behaviour before he appears to have separated himself from the scandal.

Anyway, then they tried suing me (for telling the truth) after 27 months. I was threatened with injunctions, FBI action, arrests, insolvency, jail, freezing orders, punitive sanctions and a criminal case.

The thing is about suing someone is that it only works on people that are afraid.

As I am not afraid, suing me does nothing except to worsen the position of the one on the wrong side of ethical purity.

This company also spent a serious amount of money trying to shut me up, hiring private investigators and unethical lawyers. Power Places Tours even threatened to pay an SEO company to make lots of websites about me portraying me as a man of bad integrity. 

I was also stalked by a mystery person in a car on two occasions in 2014. On both occasions, the person was silently sitting in a car, observing me and polishing off a knife that must have been 12 inches in length.

The person looked very similar to an associate of Power Places Tours that had stalked my partner and labelled her sick and twisted in public although I cannot be 100% sure it was him as it was dark, but it was enough to make me more cautious of the dangers that come with whistleblowing.

But there was a striking resemblance and both times I walked past the car, the knife was shown.

The person never showed up a third time.

The associate of Power Places Tours that looked like the man in the car had also been found conducting unlawful surveillance on myself and my partner for some time, sharing pictures of my partner with Power Places Tours and using the same pictures to harass, annoy and insult my partner.

I decided to take self-defence classes so I now know to defend myself against deadly knife attacks.

I also was warned that violence could be used by Power Places Tours if I did not end the whistleblowing and for those reasons I installed dead-man switches for my safety, so that if anything were to happen to me, the first point of investigation would be Power Places Tours, Gregg Braden and friends.

I have reason to believe that Power Places Tours and friends would use violence if necessary, and for those reasons I will not stop disclosing, simply because to do so may put others at risk of harm including my partner (who has already experienced signifcant distress because of the conduct of Power Places Tours + friends).

People might be sued unjustly, or be bullied by lawyers to pay money, or they may have their sites hacked, or they may be stalked. People might be tricked into thinking Gregg Braden is a man of integrity and may then find themselves experiencing a loss at the hands of the companies that he uses and endorses.

All of these things have happened and the truth is se;f-evident.

I also found that Power Places Tours also used fraudsters to spy and stalk as well as to tell lies. A friend of Power Places Tours was implicated in check fraud and spying – the proof of that is here and is indisputable:-

I forgave Power Places Tours for their appalling conduct although such an act does not change the truth.

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed (Free Spirit is a deluded myopic being (to quote their lawyer). Second, it is violently opposed (if you do not shut up we will take all your money, have you arrested and thrown in jail). Third, it is accepted as being self-evident (Free Spirit is telling the truth).

I explained that the matter will be fully resolved when I am compensated for my losses AND all cases against me are permanently withdrawn. In the meantime, I bear no ill-will toward this company, yet in the interim see no reason why not to issue a renewed advisory based on serious ethical and moral concerns and the fact that customers and speakers are at high risk of experiencing heavy losses.

To not do so would mean I ignore my duty for the welfare of other beings.

Threatening me with any kind of adverse consequence will not change my position, and only reaffirms my stance. In the absence of an injunction, I have the legal right to write a review or update anyway.

Any spiritual business that thinks they can try and bully a Spiritual Master, insult their partner, accuse them of serious crimes, harass them with lawsuits, threaten them with insolvency, Interpol investigation and more - AND conspire with others to have him jailed (whilst ripping other people off as well) AND abuse the energies of the sacred sites as well  - are really asking to attract heavy losses, global bad PR and a serious loss of face (aka karma).

It is for that reason that the heavy losses incurred by Power Places Tours were in fact self-caused by their own conduct.

In the end, I will have the last word on this matter as an Emissary of Source and the only solution that I will accept is FULL compensation for my losses, time and trouble (and my consultation fees) in this matter which now run into 7 figures.

I am the Supreme Authority on matters of truth, integrity and higher ethics. That same Authority (aka Source / God Nature / Infinite Wisdom) wishes for Power Places Tours and Gregg Braden to be ethically purified in the healing loving light of Source and it is Source Will that insists the matter is purified to the satisfaction of Source (aka me as a representative of Source)

Given that they have asked for Transformation at Source – they must now accept it – simply because I will not accept the alternative of jail.

I have been threatened with prison if I do not take the reviews down. Mr Gregg Braden and Power Places Tours have been informed that I would rather choose honourable suicide (refusing water) rather than to yield to such unethical energy.

If they push through with such an agenda it will trigger deadman switches with catastrophic consequences to both of their reputations and the world will find out.

I have explained to Power Places Tours and Gregg Braden that I am happy to take down the disclosures and work toward a private peace agreement – but first the threats have to stop and Power Places Tours- and Gregg Braden in all reality - will have to make friends with me and look for better solutions to the dispute – simply because every time I am threatened, more disclosures have to be made and logic would determine that the threatening me approach is useless.

The end result of the threats is the worsening of the PR, more disclosures (the Streisand effect) and a stronger motivation for Source to settle this on Source Terms.

The Streisand effect is the phenomenon whereby an attempt to hide, remove, or censor a piece of information has the unintended consequence of publicizing the information more widely, usually facilitated by the Internet

In the case of the Streisand effect, the attempt to have me remove the information has simply made more of it available and also lead me to create numerous dead-man switch mechanisms, which means that to follow through on their threats would be folly, in that it would make the worst kind of exposure.

Private solutions (aka Source Terms) have been presented to Gregg Braden and Power Places Tours with regard to how this could be sorted out amicably.

I would also have to be VERY SATISFIED that Power Places Tours and Gregg Braden have purified themselves ethically sufficiently enough for me to grant the forgiveness, dispensation and good grace – and to work toward removing my disclosures (once I felt they no longer had to be there).

At this point -my honest opinion is that they are totally unsuited to be guides for the sacred sites and this posting explains why this is so:-

What went so wrong at Power Places Tours?

As a Spiritual Master I can offer some metaphysical perspective as to what went so wrong at Power Places Tours. The following is my honest opinion and evaluation of the matter.

So in early 2012 I was invited to speak at the Maya 2012 Transform at Source event as a representative of Source. My three books about Star Beings describe in detail how Source works and operates in this dimension through the Earth portals (The Power Places that Power Places Tours take people to). These Power Sites include places such as the Yucatan, Sedona, the Australian Ayers Rock, Glastonbury, Serpent Hill in Ohio and many more too numerous to mention.

The energy of these sites is extremely powerful and must be respected. Those who attempt to use this energy for dubious aims are likely to invoke karmic catastrophe - simply because they do not have the skills or ethical grounding to know what they are doing. All the spiritual philosophies of the world promote truth and integrity as a basic prerequisite for spiritual understanding.

There is also some further evidence that appears to allude to Gregg Braden's impropriety and conduct on tour toward women. I was forwarded this evidence (attached) some time ago by a traveller who had serious concerns about Power Places Tours.

It alludes to sexual banter, harassment, drug use and other inappropriate behaviour.

On Christmas Eve - 24th Dec 2015 - I can share that Edward Parkes representing Power Places Tours and Gregg Braden threatened to have me jailed again if I did not post an update to Rip Off Report stating that I lied AND if I did not comply with Rip Off Report Arbitration

To quote Edward Parkes:-

You are required to cooperate (in the terms specified) with any Rip Off Report arbitration.

The injunctions (described at paragraphs 1 to 3, and 5 to 7 above) are made under a ‘penal notice’.  That means that if you disobey the orders you may be held to be in contempt of court and may be imprisoned or fined or you may be found to be guilty of a criminal offence for which you may be imprisoned or fined or both.

Paragraphs 1-3 and 5-7 include amongst other things the requirement to make perjerous statements to Rip Off Report to have the reports removed, perejerous statements to Pissed Consumer and some other sites, to pay GBP 10,000 to Harcus Sinclair and to remove the other disputed material.

Rip Off Report will not remove the reports anyway so it looks like they are here to stay whether I go to jail or otherwise.

In addition, I would never ever help out an unethical company by lying for them and would instead have to opt for jail instead of yielding to lie energy. I woulkd rather go to jail and leave the reports live, simply because that is the only morally correct thing to do given the situation.

If a company and their 'speaker friends' are going to behave like this there should be a permament record of the Truth.

I swear under oath that I was contacted by many upset people and employees of Power Places Tours shocked at the sheer amount of rip-offs and abuses of customers. I swear under oath also that I have seen evidence of people being ripped off for large amounts - $60,000 here, $14,000 there, $11,000 here  $6,500 elsewhere. SLAPP like suits are commonplace and is the way that Power Places Tours handle people that speak up.

It seems that ripping people off is a serious problem for Gregg Braden and Power Places Tours and the way they handle it is they try and threaten those of good integrity with jail. The evidence of that is indisputable.

I can also share (and I swear it is the truth) - I and my partner were threatened, harassed and stalked by associates of Power Places Tours. My partner was called sick and twisted in a You Tube video made by a friend of Power Places Tours.

I can also share that I have seen vast amounts of other evidence which will shortly be uploaded which include detaiils of food poisomning epidemics on Power Places Tours Trips, proof of Theresa Weiss abusing her staff, proof of Power Places Tours framing people for extortion, proof of slapp like cases, proof of Gregg Bradens impropriety and inebritation on tours and much more. There are also many people having a lot to say about Theresa Weiss's ethical rottenness and a 20-30 year track record of abusing customers with Gregg Bradens blessing.

In any dispute, it is important that dignity is maintained as long as possible. However, given that they have passed the point of no return, all the information should be released, no matter how embarassing. 

People can then draw their own conclusions.

Had I have presented in 2012 at the Transform at the Source event, it may well have had much exposure. The energy and power behind this book also explains Power Places Tours ' karmic predicament.

If there are to be any injunctions or other serious impositions on my freedom, it should be noted for the record that this was the message that for a number of complex reasons, would appear that it was not yet time for the planet to be aware of.

I thought about making it free for all, but discounted that from a perspective of spiritual responsibility. In the event of any kind of foced departure from this reality, humanity would be given other works - but NOT this one.

The energy of the book is so extreme and so pure that to allow it to fall into the hands of those with impure agendas would be most irresponsible. In my opinion, Power Places Tours were troubled my the section on Truth and Integrity, from which here is a short extract - which alos gives some deeper spiritual insight into the karmic consequences of bad ethics.

However this plays out, it will certainly go down as the most expensive spiritual lesson in history (in terms of losses incurred by those on the wrong side of ethics) and this part of the book explains why it is so.

Impeccability (Ethical Purity)

One of the main reasons why Spiritual Mastery is so hard to attain or to understand in the Western world is because of the unpopularity of being ethical. Many people cheat, lie, steal, delude themselves or others, engage in control dramas and violate the basic spiritual laws and principles that make a strong relationship to Source possible. Examples include taking or abusing the sanctity of life, unethical livelihood, sexual misconduct, theft, control (violation of free-will),a lack of respect for the path and a whole host of other ethical issues.

Without the ethical purity in place comprehending high-level spiritual understanding is impossible (there are Universal safeguards in place to prevent people blowing up stars and tearing holes in the Universe or damaging the purity of the Higher Planes – things that would happen if these safeguards were not present!)

Without ethics – whatever one thinks one knows may be false and in some cases one can become subservient to the energies of the Lower Astral – a phenomenon most notable in light-worker channelers who have not yet transcended control dramas. In my experience of the light-worker community – beneath a superficial veneer of love and light lies a dark world of shady behaviour, corruption, cheating, lying and a large array of other unresolved control dramas which tragically ends in victim-hood, sickness, misfortune, suffering and death – the end result of ignoring ethics.

The worst enemies of spiritual enlightenment are lying and cheating – both of which will cost you in energy terms many more times the cost of playing fair and true. For as long as you have the tendency to lie, cheat or steal – spiritual understanding will be impossible to attain. When you cheat with intent – the karmic effect is amplified. Whatever benefit you may believe you obtained through deception and cheating – will quickly be outweighed by the subsequent depletion of energy.

In recent times, I have come into a deeper understanding about the value of this work.

The core values of Source are inviolable and cannot be overridden by coercion, force or threat of any kind - whether sanctioned by the legal system or otherwise.

What this means is - that if Source is not happy - I will opt for death (or more accurately honourable suicide) rather than to comply under those conditions.  Even under threat of jail, it would be morally and karmically wrong to yield to the control and if I am to be true to Source - an honourable death is the only remaining solution in the absence of something better.

I have decided to refuse to comply with the proposed Court Injunction in the face of such degradation.

It does not incur me negative karma to do such an act, for refusing to yield to intimidation IS the Higher Path in this matter and my values are so deeply valued that I would rather leave this reality rather than to lie to protect the unethical interests of these people.

I would like the record to show how far these people went to try and make me be quiet about the abuse they had caused to many good minded people.

The record should show that Power Places Tours Inc and Gregg Braden were prepared to imprison people of integrity in order to save their unethical interests and even to be a party to their deaths - for to accept any degradation as a Being of Source is intolerable - and thus leaving this reality under protest is the only effective way to make my point and to leave a lasting salutary reminder on the psyche of the planet that such conduct by world famous speakers and their associated tour companies is totally unacceptable on every level.

Those with access to the 'dead-man switches' should still follow the original instructions and to only flip them should they not hear from me at the prescribed regular intervals.

I understand that these are serious allegations to make about Power Places Tours, yet the evidence in the screenshots confirms what I am saying and there can be no misunderstanding.

I can share as an update I have had many months to get clear on the deeper issues behind this dispute and now I am in a place of extreme Source Integration there is no longer any fear about this matter.

Several attempts to make me be quiet have only cost Power Places Tours heavily in terms of legal costs and a permanently ruined reputation - to the point where the truth is now self-evident and the 30 year history of unethical behaviour by Power Places Tours has ended in total karmic catastrophe as a result of trying to seriously mess with someone on the Master Path.

I tried to warn Power Places Tours about karma back in 2012 yet they decided to pursue a course of self-destruction amplified by the fact that they have ripped many people off worldwide and conspired with others in an attempt to do me very serious damage.

Power Places Tours have clearly passed the point of no return.

Lawyers for Power Places Tours tried to bully me into making perjerous statements to avoid more Court action but I do know that no Court will order anyone to commit an act of perjury. I stood up for myself and since then the lawyer appears to have 'run for the hills'.

I would like to thank David Smith who appears to represent Carolyn Myss (ripped off by Power Places Tours and who won a Court judgment against them) who inspired me to stand up for myself whilst I was in my dark night of the soul in this matter.

PPT - the worst of the worst. I worked with them professionally and they ripped us off. I took them to court and won!! But they were located outside the LISA (Carbbean) We never got the judgment money from them and they continue to do business.  Theresa, of PPT is like the walking DEAD. She is as bad as darkness gets. We are out $60,000 as I represented a very prominent speaker (Caroline Myss) Caroline preformed in Greece for PPT and RPT never paid her fee unless she would sign up for another rip off tour. I have contacted Gregg Braydon personally and what ever he does is his prerogative. If you have been ripped off from PPT - STAND UP FOR YOURSELF!!!!

I know in the depths of my being I must defend the truth and make a stand against this behaviour. I also know now that I will win and that it is approaching the endgame of the endgame and it is checkmate for Power Places Tours.

Abusing customers and suing them for speaking up causes big suffering in the form of a PR disaster,

Threatening a Spiritual Master causes massive suffering as Spiritual Masters are the supreme karmic mirrors.

Power Places Tours have been destroyed beyond repair. I had no choice in the face of such abuse. It was either me or them. To not defend myself would be to ignore my duty to sentient beings, to Source and to all that is right and just. To give in would have been to have given the power to those who lie, cheat, steal and cause suffering to good people.

In the victory, there is the chance for my work to have a much greater reach, work that would have gone out into the world in 2012. In my opinion, my work was too pure and their agendas of control were the cause of this disaster.

Several things are now in place in case this company (or Gregg Braden) is considering causing me any further suffering in this matter:-

1 - Files of all evidence have been hidden in various locations worldwide containing all the evidence should I ever become incapacitated in any way or have my freedom curtailed - including in remote mountainous locations. Instructions have been given to various people explaining where this information is.

2 - The aformentioned 'stashes' also contain USBs along with copies of E-Books which share in detail accounts of what happened with me and Power Places Tours. These E-Books also contain a massive body of transformational spiritual work including e-books and videos to be gifted to humanity en-masse should I be removed from the picture, jailed, subjected to injunction, have my freedom interfered with or if I should be disposed of in any way.

Full disclosures (and names) are included with the body of work because this was an instrumental part in my transformation. It would be impossible for humanity at large to not know about this and Gregg Braden would experience a PR disaster as well.

3 - In addition - I am in silence from 2016 for life. This would complicate any Court case as I would not be able to talk and would instead answer for myself in writing and thus I would have to write down my response to every question (after having meditated on the matter). This would complicate a Court case by x 10 in terms of time and complexity especially with a jury involved. The costs to Power Places Tours of pushing this through would be extreme.

I would also point out that Power Places Tours earlier in the year only managed to make a superficial scrape on my defences. It probably cost them a five figure sum to make that ‘scrape’.

Six months of London lawyers cannot be cheap by any means.

The negotiations broke down because I wanted my unconditional tour refund of US $7,392 and a second roujnd because I was threatened with more legal action if I did not submit purjerous statements to Rip Off Report and other consumer sites.

Since then I now know that is far too little compensation for my trouble.

A Spiritual Master is extremely well defended and has many layers of metaphysical defence and is set up to fight to the death - ie I leave this reality instead of yielding to this threat. Thus Power Places Tours could end up making me a martyr for my cause and post humously this could be extremely embarrassing indeed and leave a transformational mark on humanity for a long time.

In essecse I am indestructible simply because I am not the body. My true nature is spiritual and non-material and thus even if I was incapacitated in this reality in any way - the dispute would move to the astral in which case Power Places Tours cpuld be pushed deeply back into the karmic wheel and experience an unimaginable level of suffering.

There is nothing that any Court could actually do about it because I could simply leave the body at will at the first sign of trouble and because I am not afraid and leave this company to clear up their own karma.

Trying to solve this by legal means is like trying to put a band aid on an arterial bleed. The report attests to the fact that trying to sue me has backfired badly for Power Places Tours.

It is a matter of higher ethics and morality - something that the mainstream has little understanding of.

What this means is that after all these years of Power Places Tours intimidating and bullying people with lawsuits - they have now found someone that cannot be bullied or controlled under any circumstances.

I can share as an update I have had many months to get clear on the deeper issues behind this dispute and now I am in a place of extreme Source Integration there is no longer any fear about this matter. It has taken me three years to raise rto this extreme metaphysical challenge and threat to my own Source Sovereignty.

Several attempts to make me be quiet have only cost Power Places Tours heavilly in terms of legal costs and a permanently ruined reputation - to the point where the truth is now self-evident and the 30 year history of unethical behaviour by Power Places Tours has ended in total karmic catastrophe as a result of trying to seriously mess with someone on the Master Path.

I tried to warn Power Places Tours about karma back in 2012 yet they decided to pursue a course of self-destruction amplified by the fact that they have ripped many people off worldwide and conspired with others in an attempt to do me very serious damage.

Power Places Tours have clearly passed the point of no return.

Lawyers for Power Places Tours tried to bully me into making perjerous statements to avoid more Court action but I do know that no Court will order anyone to commit an act of perjury. I stood up for myself and since then the lawyer appears to have 'run for the hills'. I would like to thank David Smith who appears to represent Carolyn Myss (ripped off by Power Places Tours and who won a Court judgment against them) who inspired me to stand up for myself whilst I was in my dark night of the soul in this matter.

I can share that a lot of extreme things are happening. I feel the power and love of many Celestial Beings. My entire energy body is sparking and surging with masses of energy. In dreams I see Power Places Tours being obliterated in the face of huge devastating tsumamis. Sometimes I find myself fighting a huge demon in Gandalf style trying to wrestle this energy off of me. Other times I am awake 20 hours out of every 24 feeling massively inspired and supercharged.  

I know in the depths of my being I must defend the truth and make a stand against this behaviour. I also know now that I will win and that it is approaching the endgame of the endgame and it is checkmate for Power Places Tours.

Abusing customers and suing them for speaking up causes big suffering.

Threatening a Spiritual Master causes massive suffering.

Power Places Tours have been destroyed beyond repair. I had no choice in the face of such abuse. To not defend myself would be to ignore my duty to sentient beings, to Source and to all that is right and just. To give in would have been to have given the power to those who lie, cheat, steal and cause suffering to good people.

Several things are now in place in case this company (or Gregg Braden) is considering causing me any further suffering in this matter:-

1 - Files of all evidence have been hidden in various locations worldwide containing all the evidence should I ever become incapacitated in any way or have my freedom curtailed - including in remote mountainous locations. Instructions have been given to various people explaining where this information is.

2 - The aformentioned 'stashes' also contain USBs along with copies of E-Books which share in detail accounts of what happened with me and Power Places Tours. These E-Books also contain a massive body of  transformational spiritual work including e-books and videos to be gifted to humanity en-masse should I be removed from the picture, jailed, subjected to injunction, have my freedom interfered with or if I should be disposed of in any way.

Full disclosures (and names) are included with the body of work because this was an instrumental part in my transformation. It would be impossible for humanity at large to not know about this and Gregg Braden would experience catastrophic embarassment.

3 - In addition - I am in silence from 2016 for life. This would complicate any Court case as I would not be able to talk and would instead answer for myself in writing and thus I would have to write down my response to every question (after having meditated on the matter). This would complicate a Court case by x 10 in terms of time and complexity especially with a jury involved. The costs to Power Places Tours of pushing this through would be extreme.

I have also mader a renewed assessment in terms of lost income as well as time and energy lost defending the Sovereignty of Source, including six months of dealing with obnoxious lawyers as well as having to research defences.

In addition, the dispute has for some time been a major life work - in that defending it at times is the only thing I can focus on and as a result I now know that i must be properly compensated - and to accept GBP 100,000 would not cover the loss or compensate me properly for the trouble. It would not be appropriate for an Emissary fo Soiurce to sell themselves short (and thus degrade themselves) in the face of moral and spiritual deficiency.

In addition, I have determined that Power Places Tours and Gregg Braden have a net worth of US $150million and in this reality high-end mentors do not charge big-players 'small fees' for valuable lessons delivered.

As I get closer to the Source - I enter into a renewed understanding.

I also respect myself more and thus am properly able to calculate damages from a place of strong self-respect and self-love. The absue experienced by Power Places Tours and their proxies (as is well documented here) in retrospect was so shocking and egegrious that a re-evaluated damages assessment was warranted.

Attached is an invoice for GBP 1million  along with what this payment covers so that there is no misunderstanding in this matter.

Power Places Tours have also been sent a copy of this invoice. Upon payment, Power Places Tours Inc and Mr Gregg Braden will be absolved of all claims and counterclaims I may make now or in the future - which for clarity, includes the matter of being 'SLAPP-ed' - which in itself is a violation of the values of truth, integrity and freedom. Power Places Tours Inc have for some time tried to 'bull-nose' me into a settlement that requires degradation or compromise.  In matters of Source, there is no compromise and the legal system does not extend to addressing matters of violations of Source Sovereignty.

For that reason, there can be no paper settlement and in the end there can only ever be an agreement made with Source (through me). What that means is - in terms of Transformation at the Source (the title of the tour in question) - onlyt completes in a total acqueisence to the Will of Source - which dictates that Power Places Tours Inc pay me damages of US $1.5 million.

Such a thing is not as outrageous as it may seem, given the situation and that they have filed US $1.5 million lawsuits on others in the past.  What goes around comes around.

In my opinion, this suggested donation to my work will not only absolve them of all claims I may have on them in the future - but also absolves their karma as well because the money would be used to do good.

I can confirm as of 29th November 2015 several 'dead mans switch' mechanisms are in place as an insurance against any kind of untoward action that Power Places Tours or their associates may be contemplating.

It should be stressed that I am not saying that Power Places Tours (or their associates) would consider doing anything foolish - hence the word may is emphasized, yet at the same time - other people in similar situations would naturally take sensible precautions to ensure their safety.

For those who do not know what a 'dead mans switch' is - it is a mechanism that automatically operates in case of incapacitation of the human operator of a machine or in the event a whistleblower is 'disposed of' or incapacitated from talking in some manner.

In this instance, it means that IF (and I stress that is an IF) anything untoward were to happen to me or any members of my family - mechanisms are in place that would then send multiple emails to multiple destinations making a series of furher detailed disclosures about this matter and my concerns along with other 'undisclosed'  instructions.

It would be impossible for anyone but myself to deactivate them all nor would I deactivate them under threat of any kind.

I do know other whistleblowers have set up similar things and in light of some of my concerns - given that Power Places Tours have been ruined by this scandal and unethical people facing extreme losses might be motivated to retaliate.

I understand that sooner or later Power Places Tours will contact Rip Off Report to have these reports removed, or at least appeal to have them removed.

It is my opinion that the arbitrators should refuse to remove these Reports and instead leave them here to show what happened and how the matter resolved. It should be noted that Power Places Tours have attempted - albeit unsuccessfully - to make me issue a blanket statement of retraction using all kinds of 'SLAPP- like' techniques.

Power Places Tours (via lawyers) have attempted to extract 'forced confessions' under duress in the past or have threatened me with severe consequences if I do not admit to making it up. Where I said these reports were not true were times where I was backed into a corner. I now know better not to yield to such conduct and thus this statement should be taken as the most true.

This kind of SLAPP like abuse violates the very ethos of free speech as well as the intention of Rip Off Report and thus the arbitrators should note these comments when drawing their conclusions. The purpose of Rip Off Report is to provide a means of defense against such unethical companies and for that I thank Rip Off Report for the service.

I can share that Power Places Tours threatened to hire an SEO company to make lots of websites about me labelling me as a man of bad integrity and as an extortionist.

I would suggest that any SEO company approached by Power Places Tours to be wise and to consider whether such an action would be sensible, for it would be fair to say it may be the last job undertaken, simply because a response to an unfounded attack on my reputation (by falsely accussing me of extortion to the wider world) is immune from suit and thus I would be entitled to respond, sue the SEO company in question and the SEO company would stand to make similar losses as have Power Places Tours.

I do not think any sane SEO company would seriously entertain such an assignment for it would be an act of professional suicide.

Nevertheless, I thought I would mention it so that people know how far this company would go to cause severe damage to those who they have ripped off and who speak up. Seriously, the last few years have been 'peppered' with accounts and revelations of many people losing disputes at the hands of Theresa Weiss of Power Places Tours.

We have Jeanette Maw who lost a defamation case (but who would have won if Power Places Tours had not intentionally named her aunt in the lawsuit to destroy her bank account (a typical SLAPP tactic is to name an irrelevant family member to punish those who speak up). We have Carolyn Myss, ripped off for almost US $60,000. I understand she won her case but Power Places Tours defaulted on the judgment and did not pay. We have many other customers who have lost money as well.

Thjis company has caused the aforementioned accumulated losses running into six figure sums - a matter that is not funny.

So it seems that everyone has lost in some way at the hands of Power Places Tours and it is for that reason as well I am very motivated to teach this company a lesson and to win this dispute decisively.

Back to the extortion matter - there is no extortion as I have a legal right to a refund of the tour payment. The company were so unethical that it was impossible to travel. Serious concerns had been raised that dated back to the 90's

To quote Tim Samchez (who may have changed his name to avoid retaliation):-

It's amazing how this company is still in business. I worked for Power Places Tours back in the early 90's. Holly James, Richard Rodgers and myself were always bullied by the owners, Toby and Terri Weiss. Very unethical practices going on back then. It was a nightmare working for these people. With the concept for which they market their tours one would think that they would operate their business with faithfulness and loyalty to their customers. I learned the hard way as an employee and I thank my higher power that I was only there for 1 year. If I didn't know better and I do now, I am certain that I was working for the Devil himself. 

So there were established problems long before I came along, including Jeanette Maw who was threatened with a $1.5 million lawsuit just for standing up for herself. The behaviour of this company is dispicable.

In my opinion, the Universe sent me into their lives to teach them a lesson no-one else can, because I am not afraid. 

Despite claims of extortion, the truth of the matter is that firstly this company owes me a refund, if for no other reason than common respect and decency. There is no extortion but simply a claim for damages. As a ligitant in person, I have the right to demand it for myself, in the same way that lawyers representing clients do the same on their behalf.

In addition, it is evident that this company has caused me serious trouble and thus compensation is warranted and any right minded person or jury would probably agree.

At the end of the day - my terms are very straightforward. I was offered GBP 7,500 as a payment for actual losses. It was explained to Power Places Tours many times that this refund would have started a peace process whereby all material would have been deactivated in good faith (not as an act of extortion but because the company would have returned to integrity) and thus there would have been no reason to have kept issuing warnings to others about the dangers of dealing with Power Places Tours. We would then have talked about compensation for injuries and offenses to the energetic integrity of Source.

Because they have NOT returned to integrity and have threatened me with the most serious consequences including (to quote their lawyers and friends) - cumulative and crippling damages, jail. adverse SEO, financial sanctions, asset seizures, Interpol and FBI action, etc - there can be no 'ceasefire' simply because to do so would put myself and my partner in danger of extreme detriment.

The combination of the aforementioned is nothing other than a threatened 'all out assault' on my wellbeing - something that could happen at any time if I do not admit to lying and to tell lies to the Rip Off Report arbitrators.

Making these threats was most stupid (in my opinion) because they have in essence now started a 'war' that can only end by me finishing it. 

It will end thus. I will get my apology and be compensated for my time and trouble.

In all likelihood, Power Places Tours will cease to exist as a business.

There can be no other option in the face of such serious attempted abuse of a Spiritual Master - for what has been invoked by them is a 'karmic armageddon' incurred by the intention to try and bully a Master of the Spiritual Path.

I cannot think of anything that can do so much self-caused damage to a business.

This is a dispute that can only end when Power Places Tours has been totally incapacitated across the board (metaphysically and financially) and can no longer continue to fight, threaten me, cause me further detriment of any kind or fund any more lawyers.

There is a disclaimer on my website that serves as the ultimate legal disclaimer and in essence gives me legal immunity in this matter for firstly Power Places Tours were politely forewarned on many occasions AND they were users of my website, for they extracted parts of it to use in ICANN filings, etc - and also were in proven communication with another abusive individual who used parts of my website to 'poke fun at' me - an act of utter stupidity for a world famour travel company and their friends.

A major contractual loophole have come to light that serve to put the final nails in the coffin so to speak in relation to what in my opinion is a most obnoxious and morally distasteful case.

1. As per the contract I signed with Power Places Tours and as per their website Terms and Conditions:-

In the unlikely event that a dispute arises between the tour member/traveler (or person registered to travel) and Power Places Tours, Inc. the tour member/traveler/person registered to travel also agrees that the dispute will be governed by Colorado law and the venue for any legal action will be in Colorado Springs, Colorado

The UK High Court is clearly NOT Colorado Springs -  meaning that Power Places Tours have signed away their rights to hear this matter in any other location than Colorado and thus any further legal action wil, firstly not be entertained and secondly should any further actions be taken against me - I would begin abuse of process claims as well as to contest jurisdiction.

It has also come to light that the case started earlier this year WAS brought for an improper purpose (abuse of process) - for it was started with the intention to interfere with the right of free speech.

This is backed up by a 27 month delay in commencing proceedings - a matter that a jury and judge may find unusual.

Power Places Tours claimed I could not be located for service, however service at the last known address is always acceptable and Power Places Tours had that information. The truth is that Power Places Tours were busy suing other vital witnesses first and silencing them - for many of these people who were bullied into confidfentiality agreements had vital evidence confirming very serious wrongdoing at the hands of Power Places Tours.

As a footnote, it shouild be noted that I am actually entitled to speak because I paid Power Places Tours US $7,392 to do so - even with freedom of speech rights aside. I paid to talk about Transforming at the Source and to give a workshop. This disclosure process can be considered as the workshop (which explores ethics and their relationship to Source)

In the absence of being able to give the talk from the podium (which would have been about Source Integrity and Ethics) - instead, it can be delivered outside of the podium (in speech and in writing). Source is not so fussed about location, if a location becomes inconvenient, Source can be channelled somewhere else!

As I have paid US $7.392 to talk (for I was a speaker), in absence of a refund, I decide when the Source communications are complete. But losing the money and shutting up as well (simply bacause the content is not convenient)- well that is not an option..

Earlier in 2015 I discovered that Power Places Tours were friends with a 'stalker' named Mr Marc Gruninger. Power Places Tours used Marc Gruninger as a stalker and secret surveillance instrument to monitor myself for some time.

Power Places Tours passed onto Marc Gruninger behind the scenes a picture of my partner and then incited the same Marc Gruninger to make a You Tube video about her calling her sick and twisted - which he then actually did. He made a You Tube video jeering at her, calling her sick and telling her to get a life.

I swear under oath that is the honest truth of what happened.

Such evidence was included in my ICANN filing. There is no mechanism for allowing me to add a sound recording to Rip Off Report, but I swear it is the truth that Power Places Tours HAVE incited stalking and the malicious insulting of my partner on the internet by an unscrupulous and abusive individual and are friends with those who stalk and harass.

I can also share that as part of the ICANN Panel process, it also came to light that Power Places Tours used a check fraudster to spy on me also without my consent. Such an action shows the kind of 'friends' that Power Places Tours have.

Which clearly indicates that Power Places Tours did ask this check fraudster for 'useful information' and was presumably asked to seek out my old Facebook pages (given the content of the above email) and it appears this check fraudster was also willing to provide further information (let me know if you need anything else from me)

I have stated in recent updates that to all intents and purposes I have defeated Power Places Tours in that they have experienced crippling losses, the truth is self-evident and I do not have a legal insurance that will settle with them (which is what they may have hoped for on some level).

I can share that the case was supposed to have been withdrawn via Tomlin Order as of 8th October 2015. However, Mr Edward Parkes of Harcus Sinclair soon after wrote a letter threatening to make an application for costs against me should I not commit perjury in a notary office. I was prepared to work with him to help his Client, however his Client refused to make good on their offer of 'compensation' and there were some legal (and some very serious moral and ethical) concerns about knowingly lying to a notary to remove Rip Off and (((REDACTED))) Reports to have commentaries and reviews removed.

At the end of the day I know of no method how this entire Rip Off Report could be removed anyway.

When I filed these reports I always worked to represent the truth and integrity with the best of intentions and thus these reports should be taken as predominantly true - and in the end - people can draw their own conclusions.

To bring it back to the matter in hand - it appears then although I have pretty much won (I am not dealing with a million dollar loss and a business on the brink of ruin AND I am not on the wrong side of ethics and morality) - an almost defeated enemy is very dangerous indeed and thus the defeat must be complete, decisive and total beyond any shadow of a doubt - simply because this company has shown itself to want to have me jailed, dragged through Courts and forced into bankruptcy and insolvency, simply because I stood up for myself after Power Places Tours withheld my $7,392 in 2012 (an action that has proved most ruinous to them)

It must not be forgotten that in the end karma is the Court. Whatever a bricks and mortar Court may say or rule - in the end, one's karma here is the judge and the jury - and thus in the end - Universal Justice must rule - and as a being of Source, I rule that this dispute ends on my terms and very quickly.

Because this weakened adversary Power Places Tours could at any time launch an all out Court case and force me into ruin with the help of unethical lawyers and witnesses - I now have no choice but to totally destroy this business by all means available to me, simply because if I do not, they will do the same to me.

A judgement for 50k + costs is a serious amount of money and if awarded against me would potentially destroy my relationship with the Source. It is for this reason I have decided to launch a series of pre-emptive self-defensive tactical strikes with the intention of preventing Power Places Tours funding further action. They must be permanently put out of business in order to destroy their bank accounts before mine are - and hence it boils down to the necessity of self-defence.

In addition, me completely winning this conflict AND being free from the danger of future legal harassment, lawsuits, etc will open the doorway for my spiritual work to spread across the globe, and thus it is ultimately about the greater good.

Power Places Tours have been told my refund of US $7,392 is now expected as well as a sensible offer for damages for my trouble in this matter - trouble which includes being wrongly accused of crimes, threatened by lawyers, stalked by their friends, etc..

It ends here and it ends now - and it ends in the total destruction of Power Places Tours or in their total capitulation - simply because they are an ever present danger/menace otherwise.

There is no longer a third option of hiring lawyers to threaten me and threatening me has achieved nothing for Power Places Tours except to push them further into ruin, incurring large legal bills and report updates which in reality may never ever be removed.

If you have a 30 year business, have ripped people off for years (and for large amounts) - and then do it to a Spiritual Master and have them threatened with unpleasant lawsuits or harass their partners with the same without just cause AND accuse them of serious crimes AND have them stalked, followed, monitored, etc - such an action will incur the karma of destruction - simply because one is declaring outright war on one - a karma compunded by Power Places Tour's refusal to apologize and make good with me.

Note about Gregg Braden -  Gregg Braden appears to have withdrawn himself from the tours, presumably because of this matter. If he was not concerned, he would have remained as part of their speaker rosta.

It is for this reason I feel he has done the right thing to remove himself and thus I have nothing additional to say about him expect that he did show poor judgment, but in the end acted ethically.

It is unfortunate that me and him could not have resolved our differences much sooner. He was invited to, but declined. Gregg Braden is wished well in his future endeavours.

Power Places Tours ignored my olive branch offering in which we were to resolve the rest of the dispute privately. Instead, I still receive occasional threats from lawyers of further Court action if I do not print statements saying I made all of this up.

I would have been prepared to let the matter rest, but from a self-defense point of view, leaving an unethical business standing (who have shown the intention to seize housees, money, cars, etc via proxies - ie to cause someone financial ruin) is extremely unwise. It is for that reason I now have a strong intention to end the dispute and exonerate myself in all wrongdoing (setting the record straight).

There is no hatred, but if a business is apt to take my home, car and the contents of my bank accounts, and has shown no intention of 'making good with me' that business must be made insolvent, simply from a tactical self-defense point of view, so they are unable to afford further legal action.

Anyway, there is some notable evidence that shows that Power Places Tours have been dishonest to an ICANN Panel and to a 5RB lawyer in London by falsely implicating me as a 'seasoned blackmailer'.

Some of the evidence is from confidential legal letters, nevertheless, clearing my name clearly takes precedence over the legal interests of an unethical thid party who clearly lie and thus the necessay extracts are reprinted here.

In an ICANN proceeding it was claimed by Theresa Weiss of Power Places Tours that:-

"he has victimized many other businesses other than Complainant’s as well, in an effort to extort them"

he refers to myself.

The same Theresa Weiss also led a 5RB barrister to print this in his opening claim letter back in June 2015:-

My clients have received information from a business in Germany and one in England which have corroborated their experiences of dealing with you, namely that after you have consumed a particular service your modus operandi is to demand reimbursement or more in exchange for deactivating one or more wholly fabricated prominent online publications targeted at causing financial losses to that business. They too concluded that you were a seasoned blackmailer. 

The business in England (The UK) was challenged about this matter by myself and on 6th July 2015 issued me with a legal letter (not suing me but clarifying that I did not extort or blackmail them:-

I - Free Spirit - can confirm that on 14th October 2015 I made my peace with Power Places Tours and offered the olive branch to them which would have involved resolving the outstanding matters with me privately.

It was proposed that they refunded the $11k (GBP 7,500) of losses - referred to in this report, something which they had actually offered to do in the past, upon which I would work to give the company a second chance and to have all of these reviews and commentraies removed from the internet from a place of good grace and forgiveness.

A second chance would then be warranted as this company will have learned an important lesson in not suing those who speak up about their unethical business practices.

So far, Power Places Tours appear to not be interested in this peace offering. 

I also explained to them I would never  ever remove any review or make perjurous statements to a notary (to have these reviews deleted) under threat of duress of any kind.

I would not be a good Spiritual Master if I allowed that kind of behaviour!

I would like to formally apologize for unnecessary suffering caused to Power Places Tours and Theresa Weiss as a result of this ongoing dispute. Last night I came to some deeper understanding in a dream and in meditation.

As a result, I came to understand that the bad energy I felt toward me for the last few months was in fact coming from their lawyers. I saw how lawyers complicate the process and make money out of disputes. In metaphysical terms, they are simply energy vampires living from the energy of dispute. Each time the lawyers threatened me, they simply made the matter worse.

It took me a while to move into a deeper understanding of the issues but now I know that the lawyers ARE the complication. I would like to say sorry for posting a series of updates of all kinds about Power Places Tours because this did not help to resolve the dispute. This was a product of being threatened by lawyers acting out of self-interest with little interest in dispute resolution.

I would like to formally apologize for unnecessary suffering caused to Power Places Tours as a result of this ongoing dispute.

In my dream and meditation experience, I made my peace with Power Places Tours.

I have explained to Power Places Tours that I am willing to resolve any outstanding issues with this dispute informally and privately. It was always a metaphysical dispute and never a legal dispute. Thus the solution was always going to be a metaphysical one.

Thus it would not be appropriate to comment further about the metaphysical details - but it is hoped a final statement will be posted here shortly to conclude the matter and make a final comment about the postings as a whole.

Everything in this report is true to the best of my knowledge.

I posted my report here for the greater good and to reflect back a lesson to unethical companies (and their lawyers). Threatening me with a Court Order or threatening to seize money does not make any difference to what the truth is and raises the most severe moral objections.

Many intelligent people reading this report will be able to draw their own conclusions. In my opinion, only fools would think that by threatening me will make me do what is asked. In fact, more often than not - it makes me do the opposite.

I was not refunded for my losses. 

I will not print a retraction saying I made this all up. I will not tell a lie to the Arbitrators under threat or duress.  Because of that (and because I have repeated myself many times to Mr Parkes, this report should remain here indefinitely.

I will not assist in their removal or deletion through any kind of attempted intimidation. Such behaviour confirms the report should remain. I have not seen any good reason to do otherwise.

In any case, the evidence speaks for itself. I would not be a good Spiritual Master if I behaved otherwise. Thus, if you are an unethical company or dishonest in any way, or have impure intentions - it is better not to disturb me because if you do, it will all come to light.

In the end - karma is the court, the judge and the jury - and the verdict is very self evident.

Today, Mr Edward Parkes (with whom I have some very serious ethical concerns) wrote me a letter and threatened me with further Court action unless I went to a notary office and committed the crime of perjury by making false statements in order to have Rip Off Report and Pissed Consumer remove reviews.

Here is the proof (extractred from a previous settlement agreement presented under duress)

Mr Edward Parkes also denied I was offered GBP 7,500 compensation and lied in his letter (which he threatens to present to the Court). It said:-

 It is not true that you were offered E7,500 as 'compensation' for any losses.

Upon Parties 4 and 5 complying with paragraphs 1 to 12 and 17 above to the satisfaction of Parties 1, 2 and 3 and their advisor(s), within 48 hours Party 1 will make a payment to Party 4 to a nominated bank account in the sum of £7500 or the equivalent in local currency according to the foreign exchange rate prevailing on the date of payment. The payment of £7500 will be exclusive of any international bank transfer charges.

I as the author of this report today declare a victory against Power Places Tours.

As a Spiritual Master, I thought I would also offer some perspectives on this dispute. Ultimately, it boils down to unethical energies trying to abuse, control, degrade or do damage to - good minded people of integrity. The evidence speaks for itself. If it were only me - then my case would not be so strong.

But when five employees, 10-15 customers, travel agents and even lawyers step forward and confirm that Power Places Tours ARE dishonest - then it is a different matter.

In a moral and just society there must be provisions for consumers to fight back against companies who have wronged them. There must be places where people can speak their mind (whilst of course always being truthful) and there must be a rebalancing of power. In this regard, Rip Off Report has done a very good job. 

Just because a company can spend $100k or $200k paying some lawyers to try and shut someone up - that does not mean it is right. It also does not mean the one who has the most money or the one that can hire the lawyers to bully and intimidate are right. In this matter, any law firm that entertained pursuing this further would have to be unethical - for otherwise they would see it for what it is and refuse to take on the case.  

"I was simply following instructions" is no defence from a karmic perspective. No right minded lawyer would help a company like this to screw over its customers and then sue them.

In the end - it comes down to power and money. Power Places Tours thought that after 30 years of ripping people off, they could continue to do so. In the end, they met an adversary more powerful than them, someone who would not be quiet in the face of threats and someone who would staunchly defend the values of truth and integrity.

To question a Spiritual Masters integrity whilst being impure oneself is always a recipe for trouble as one is always standing on thin ice that can give way at any time.

It also shows that 30 years of business reputation can be taken away by karma. I am only an instrument for karma and not karma in itself. Thus suing me never did anything to fix the problem as I am not the problem.

What power Power Places Tours may think they have has been lost and replaced with losses of over a million dollars, global embarassment with Gregg Braden, the loss of Gregg Braden from their tours and a series of hefty legal bills. I do not think that the five months of legal hassle they gave me was cheap by any means.

So in the end, I have the power in this dispute as Power Places Tours are dependant upon my mercy and good grace for the rest of their business lives. To cheat a Spiritual Master can cause a loss of over x100 the original amount taken.

They had the audacity to threaten me with a lawsuit, to try and stifle my speech, to make me out to be a liar and extortionist, to have people stalk and follow me - and then 3 years later to try and drag me through the Courts and impose a punitive judgement on me and my partner because we spoke up.

Such things are the most serious metaphysical offences to the sanctity of Source and are also serious abuses of the values of truth, integrity, justice and ethical living. So today, the karma is given back to Power Places Tours so that they may inherit the energy of loss and take back the unpleasant and abusive energies they tried planting in our fields.

They must accept the defeat, the loss, the humiliation and any karmic outcome that may unfold. They may claim they have not lost, but I have had my case withdrawn and have been offered various amounts in compensation, I am also not the one with a million dollar loss witnessing the destruction of a 30 year business and I am not the one having to explain to Gregg Braden what went wrong.

A key point of my defence was that the Claimants in the case caused their own losses after 30 years of ripping people off.

I did explain to Gregg Braden that in my opinion, he owes me a profuse private apology for this abuse, for sanctioning a lawsuit against me - and for supporting and blessing continued abuses, but has declined to comment.

I was always open to resolving my differences in private but all I got was threats and lawsuits - and thus it had to be made public.

I do not think they will want to take this further given the overwhelming defeat in terms of heavy losses and huge embarassment.

Instead I am anticipating a series of private apologies from Mr Gregg Braden and Power Places Tours.

I also know that Source will make provisions for my losses in this matter - GBP 7,500 in lost expenses - and a spiritual consultation fee of around GBP 100,000. I have already invoiced Gregg Braden and Power Places Tours for GBP 100,000 (approx US $160,000) to reflect the time and energy spent dealing with their abuses and bad integrity issues.

What these individuals learned in my field about the importance of truth, integrity and respect certainly commands a high fee. They may claim they do not have to pay it and have no legal obligation to - but I have the right to charge for spiritual work done (and this certainly counts as work!) to not pay for a spiritual lesson after having solicited it would be extremely dishonourable indeed.

I can share that after five months of putting up with the detriment of a lawsuit, on October 8th 2015, Mr Edward Parkes of Harcus Sinclair formally withdrew the court filing against me in the London UK High Court. I can also share that another lawyer - David Hirst of 5RB , offered me a payment of GBP 7,500 in compensation for my losses (a forfeited tour payment, flights not taken as well as other expenses incurred in this matter).

As of 10th October 2015, I have not received the offered compensation.

I can also share that Power Places Tours spent approximately US $250,000 on legal fees and as per other court documents that I had the opportunity to see - incurred US $700,000 of losses in the US between 2012-2015 after another customer spoke up after being ripped off - so we are talking about $1million in losses.

They also wanted to place serious restrictions on my own freedom and have been threatened with jail, injunctions, hefty judgments, disruptions to my work and having websites made about me that portray me as a man of bad integrity.

There is a lot more I 'could disclose' but I will leave it there for now although if I was threatened in the future with litigation, then of course I would talk.

Anyone that thinks they can steal the money of a Spiritual Master and then make them be quiet about it are in my opinion - deluded. The heavy losses incurred by Power Places Tours speak for themselves.

I explained to the lawyers acting on behalf of Power Places Tours (and Gregg Braden it would seem) that to sue a Spiritual Master and to threaten to take more money from him though legal system intimidation was a grave offense against Source, something I would not continue to accept and thus I told them to go away and to never ever bother me again. I explained that future litigation would be viewed as a declaration of war on a Spiritual Master and would be an unwise course of action.

I explained to them that they could not win this by legal threat alone and that the only remaining option was  a solution that I am happy with.

It was also explained to them I had the right to have them investigated for knowingly presenting false statements to a Court as well as doing other things not congruent with ethical codes that regulate civil litigation. 

It was explained to them also that once I had received the payment already offered, I would personally redact and have removed any remaining reference to Power Places Tours because I do believe that businesses that have made mistakes deserve second chances when amends are made. It was also explained to their lawyers that a second chance cannot be taken by force or legal threat - it can only be given through my own good grace.

I also explained to them that ultimately I will have the last word in this matter - the final say - and that I will be the one that ends this dispute on terms satisfactory to me.

I Free Spirit can share that I was always open to settling the differences with Power Places Tours through informal and private means back in 2012 and all that Power Places Tours had to do was to send me an email.

Instead they spent three years looking for me, hiring private investigators and the like - all for a dispute for US $7.392.

It can be inferred that they spent a 5-6 figure sum attempting to make me be quiet about the matter instead of sorting out their differences with me.

At the end of the day - in my opinion - Power Places Tours made a mistake in discernment. It happens. As a Spiritual Master I can accept that people make mistakes and things can go wrong. There is always scope for reconciliation and peace.

But what I will not accept under any circumstances is any company and/or their legal representatives using duress or causing me and my family detriment - or causing me a monetary loss through their own conduct.

It should be known that attempting to take money from a Spiritual Master, or threatening to/or actually suing one, or trying to frame them on false charges is a really bad idea and does not work as this report testifies to.

Number 1 rule of metaphysics - do not mess with Spiritual Teachers.

I have made it very clear to Power Places Tours and their lawyers how this dispute will end. It will end in me being reimbursed our US $7,392 and the case against me dropped for good. Things will be made good with Source.

Their lawyers will then leave my energy field and never bother us again.

At the same time, I will personally assist to take down any disputed content because people do deserve second chances when proper amends are made for their part in the dispute and when I am personally satisfied with the resolution.

That is the only outcome I will accept. When that happens - then the matter is fully resolved on every level.

Should that happen, it would be my belief that these reports should be redacted and removed to give the company a second chance to rebuild trust with its customers - many of whom in the past were evidently unhappy.

If I do not post again stating those things have happened (ie I had my case dropped permanently AND I was properly reimbursed for my losses, it should be assumed instead that I was forced to be quiet via legal means, was bullied into being quiet and taking a loss (although that is unlikely to work), the Court case was resumed and injunctions were used to stifle fair and honest commentary. It should also be assumed that Gregg Bradens integrity remains in serious question.

People can then draw their own conclusions from that.

On 14th August 2015 I, Spiritual Master Free Spirit - filed a complaint with the SRA in the UK with regard to serious ethical concerns with regard to a David Hirst on the UK bar who represents Power Places Tours

Free Spirit begins the work of preparing a robust claim to the defamation claim made by Theresa Weiss of Power Places Tours in the UK High Court. The defences will include reference to the following:-

-Self caused harm. Evidence will show that Theresa Weiss of Power Places Tours has destroyed her own business through her own unethical conduct and attitude toward paying clientele. There is also evidence she has filed for six figure losses in another case and thus she may be abusing the court system to claim twice for the same losses (which would constitute cheating and dishonesty). Long before Theresa Weiss of Power Places Tours decided to try suing Free Spirit, Power Places Tours' ethical foundation was already rotten.

-Reputation already damaged. Theresa Weiss and Power Places Tours already had a bad reputation for ripping people off in 2012. Now that it is 2015, there is also the argument that the delay could be considered an abuse of process, as the delay was because others had to be bullied/forced into non-disclosure agreements, thus key witnesses would not be able to testify at trial.

-In addition, to support an abuse of process defense, the claimant has not stated what they want in terms of a resolution and thus have been unwilling to enter into further negotiation. 

Given that the cost of taking this to trial is approx GBP 250,000 (US $350,000) per side and what the claimants are asking for is between GBP 10-50,000 - it makes no sense to take the matter further given that I was willing to resolve the matter promptly, remove the disputed material and at much less cost to the claimant (under private and confidential terms)

There is also evidence that the claimant files court cases simply to harass unhappy customers and to suppress fair and honesat speech and expression, which in itself is an abuse of the constitutional rights of human beings.

-Truth. Truth is the defense for defamation and the evidence for wrongdoing is already self-evident, including employee testimony, unhappy customers, reviews that point to bad ethics and other rip offs and more..

-Moral Justifications can be used in defense when the conduct of a claimant is so bad that disclosing information about them to prevent serious harm (including losses, suppression of free speech/expression and bullying) to others is warranted.

-The conduct of the claimants lawyers. Whether protected by privilege or otherwise, it can be shown that lawyers working for Power Places Tours (David Hirst and Edward Parkes - most notably the former), have behaved improperly, failed to identify the words complained of as required under the pre-claims protocol and there are also concerns that David Hirst deliberately misrepresented facts (which can be proven) and wrote lies in his letter in order to try and force a pre-court settlement that could have been very unfavourable to Free Spirit's interests and to his later defense, and would have required him to lie to websites such as Rip Off Report.

They also used Without Prejudice letters to insert all kinds of obnoxious, disrespectful and intimidatory language.

David Hirst of 5RB has also regularly behaved in such a degrading and insulting manner toward myself that settling the dispute became impossible, conduct which has only added to the claimants expenses in this matter. In my opinion, David Hirst used coercion in order to try and force a settlement, namely threatening me with FBI and Interpol action for serious crimes (that were never mentioned or disclosed) if I did not sign the agreement by return.

-The conduct of the claimant. It has been found that the claimant uses subterfuge and other underhand methods to stalk and to collect information - one of the associates of Theresa Weiss has already been implicated in check fraud here:-

I - Free Spirit - as the Author of the original report can share that I have seen a document where Theresa Weiss of Power Places Tours is seeking a UK High Court Injuction from the Queens bench Division in order to prevent me making further disclosures of unethical behaviour and to prevent me saying more about Gregg Braden's involvement, which Power Places Tours deny. Power Places Tours claimn Gregg Braden is just a speaker - but there is strong evidence in the report updates below on this page that Gregg Braden has a clear working interest in Power Places Tours (which contradicts the statement made by his press office) and thus it is very clear he is involved in Power Places Tours enough to know that he is supporting unethical behaviour beyond any doubt. His press office claimed he was not made aware, but in an ICANN Panel case I saw documents showing that some months before I contacted his press office, Gregg Braden knew because his press office wrote to Gregg Bradens personal email address containing a link to  avideo I made and implying there was a serious problem - to quote Lauri (The Executive Director) - this is very bad, very very bad.

It was explained to the lawyer working for Power Places Tours - in this case Edward Parkes - that I would not voluntarily remove the material without some kind of apology / apologetic deed to myself because as a Spiritual Master I would not consider concealing information about unethical behaviour that involves customers and speakers for Power Places Tours incurring heavy losses/harassing lawsuits, etc - UNLESS I thought that they were prepared to return to integrity, in which instance a second chance would be warranted.

I did present private and confidential terms for resolving the matter fully to Mr Parkes and Mrs Weiss which I assume is being considered.

A more detailed study of the 166 page High Court claim document shows how David Hirst, representing 5RB in London and working for Power Places Tours (and has a reputation for writing insulting and abusive letters which distort the facts of the matter) referred to those whop had raised concerns about Power Places Tours as 'internet trolls':-

The First Defendant candidly stated: “Perhaps if you had just paid Jeanette [another internet troll] and myself at the time you could have saved yourselves a LOT of bother."

The first defendant is me who lost $11k because of the conduct of Power Places Tours and Jeanette Maw of the Good Vibe Blog was also ripped off for almost $6k and then threatened with a $1.5 million lawsuit if she did not take the posts down telling the public about it.

So the way Power Places Tours treat customers with valid complaints is to accuse them of being trolls.

Here is proof that Gregg Braden endorses and supports Power Places Tours despite the scandals well evidenced in this report and elsewhere. He also refers to them as the finest in the industry, despite FIVE staff for Power Places Tours admitting that things were not at all good.

Staff confirmed consumer rip offs, fraudulent surcharging, unethical behaviour, bullying and questionable integrity.

Such an act does not concern me, as leaving this reality would return me to Source - but it would leave a lasting legacy to highlight what has happened here and how some of the most famous spiritual authors on Earth - along with their associates - are involved in serious ethical wrongdoing and abuses of the values of truth, freedom and integrity. I testify as of 4th August 2015 I fully understand the spiritual and physical implications of such a decision, and would follow the decision through until its natural end to show that I do not compromise values of truth and integrity under any circumstances and that a High Court Injuction would not be sufficient to keep me quiet about this matter, if there were things I deemed necessary to be said.

I - Spiritual Master Free Spirit - after spending 30 months becoming familiar with all the incidences of unethical behaviour by Power Places Tours, afyer having heard many accounts and seen many documented instances of rip-offs, scams, vexatious lawsuits, etc - am issuing a general cautionary warning about this company before any injuction is imposed.

The warning is namely that any customer, traveller or transformational speaker should exercise extreme caution with Theresa and Toby Weiss of Power Places Tours because this company is clearly dishonest, files lawsuits against whistleblowers that are very SLAPP like (strategic lawsuits against public participation) - meaning that heavy handed companies attempt to stifle honest, fair and true review/commentary - by attempting to burden the critic with the cost of a legal defence until they drop the matter and in my opinion does not have the necessary level of integrity to guide your energy into a sacred site.

Power Places Tours have a history of poor customer service and in my opinion, mercilessly suing and pursuing anyone that questions their integrity.

If you are a follower of Gregg Braden and sign up to see him via Power Places Tours, bear in mind he will not be able to help if there is a dispute as he instead supports this suppressive behaviour of intimidatory lawsuits via the endorsement on Power Places Tours website.

If you have paid a deposit and have concerns, it is recommended to seek legal advice or advice from a consumer bureau such as BBB.

This cautionary warning runs indefinitely - or at the very least - until Power Places Tours clean up their act.

I - Free Spirit - as the Author of the original report can share that I have seen a document where Theresa Weiss of Power Places Tours is seeking a UK High Court Injuction from the Queens bench Division in order to prevent me making further disclosures of unethical behaviour and to prevent me saying more about Gregg Braden's involvement, which Power Places Tours deny. Power Places Tours claimn Gregg Braden is just a speaker - but there is strong evidence in the report updates below on this page that Gregg Braden has a clear working interest in Power Places Tours (which contradicts the statement made by his press office) and thus it is very clear he is involved in Power Places Tours enough to know that he is supporting unethical behaviour beyond any doubt. His press office claimed he was not made aware, but in an ICANN Panel case I saw documents showing that some months before I contacted his press office, Gregg Braden knew because his press office wrote to Gregg Bradens personal email address containing a link to  avideo I made and implying there was a serious problem - to quote Lauri (The Executive Director) - this is very bad, very very bad.

There is proof that Power Places Tours ripped off a speaker to the tune of US $60,000

Carolyn Myss was awarded damages and Power Places Tours refused to pay,

I have contacted Gregg Braydon personally and what ever he does is his prerogative. If you have been ripped off from PPT - STAND UP FOR YOURSELF!!!! 

This is not an isolated incident, as Power Places Tours ignored another court order to refund a tour payment in 2013 after a  customer signed up for a tour, paid a deposit and was then asked for additional fraudulent surcharges.

People should be very wary of doing business with Power Places Tours as it is now very self-evident that a large number of speakers and customers have been ripped off, treated badly, harassed with lawsuits and so on and so forth. There may be more people that have not spoken up yet because they are afraid of being bullied with bad faith legal cases.

Five employees have also confirmed bad ethics, fraudulent surcharges, etc - and every few weeks or so I hear from yet another person with concerns. As I am a strong advocate of integrity, I will continue to make a stand against who in my opinion are nothing other than big bullies operating with the silent blessing of Gregg Braden.

Lauri from Gregg Bradens press office in 2013 denied there was a scandal, but the evidence says otherwise..

As the author of this report - Free Spirit - on 3rd July 2015 I stated that the matter was in the process of being resolved. This was via informal and private settlement negotiations. Today - as of 20th July 2015, I rejected the settlement being offered, which required me to make statements to Rip Off Report and other websites asking them to retract the material because it was an abuse of the websites terms. Everything I have said here is the truth and what I have written is covered by the defenses of free speech, honest opinion, truth as well as me having a moral duty to humanity to speak up about those organizations that think they can get away with bullying.

Many of the legal letters I received were filled with false allegations, many of them easy to debunk. I was accussed of victimizing and harassing businesses, but one of the businesses that Power Places Tours claimed I extorted wrote a legal letter when challenged which confirmed that I did not extort or blackmail them.

In the latest legal letter they threatened UK High Court action and even to report me to the FBI, Serious Crimes squad and Interpol for speaking up. It also said that Power Places Tours would use a PR/SEO company to make lots of websites about me saying I have bad integrity in business dealings, etc. In others, I was accused of fabricating Google reviews that others had written and was also threatened with crippling damages awards.

More disclosures will be made shortly. Suffice to say, Power Places Tours' attempt to make me be quiet about this through use of fear tactics has been unsuccessful. The truth about Power Places Tours is out in the open. Because I have a strong sense of ethics and core values of self respect, truth and integrity - intimidating me into removing the material is not an option. So it looks like this will be a high profile case with judge, jury and significant media coverage.

I testify that the above is true and nothing but the truth.

I Free Spirit - as the author of this report, on 3rd July 2015 - can state that this matter is in the process of being resolved privately between all the parties concerned/mentioned in this report.

As an update - on June 15th 2015  London Barrister David Hirst representing Power Places Tours wrote a letter of claim containing questionable content which included suggesting that Free Spirit had no chance in court.

To quote David Hirst:-

Accordingly there is no justification for your malicious and oppressive conduct and no question of it being reasonable. Any justification for it put before the Court will fail.

Mr Hirst's letter is contentious in many ways, as it ignores basic human rights such as free speech, and Mr Hirst comes to many conclusions pre-trial, whereas in the UK - people are innocent until proven otherwise. Mr Hirst continues later in his letter to refer to me as 'myopic, hallucinatory, a seasoned blackmailer and a naked extortionist'. In my opinion, David Hirst is obviously biased with regard to this case and has been employed by Power Places Tours to attempt to intimidate me into settling out of court to avoid 'stark' consequences that David Hirst has 'overhyped' in his letter of claim.

He also requires a removal of all commentary including Rip Off Reports (see full letter), although Rip Off Reports cannot be removed - and removal of all blogs, videos, etc.. Naturally I did not accept his terms.

I am curious if you would be interested in having a telephone call with me about Power Places Tours and if so let us set something up where I call you at a pre-arranged time.

 

As you are no doubt aware (of which I have proof) - for many years you have been endorsing, promoting and supporting a tour company run on criminal values.

 

I - and many others - paid good money to come and participate in the tours that involved you. At the same time many of us were ripped off in ethically questionable ways and some were threatened with unfortunate circumstances to remain silent. At least 8 people were ripped off via the Yucatan 2012 Tour and others were forced to withdraw after being intimidated/bullied. There is also the matter of Jeanette Maw who also paid to see you and got ripped off and suffered losses as a result. Another person claimed you harassed her and others came forward to say that you had been seen behaving in an inebriated manner.

 

I have a lot of people (myself included) that want some explanation - given that you are a world famous celebrity. 

 

With Jeanette, when a judge ordered a refund, Power Places Tour showed contempt of court and refused to pay. I also have much testimony from many employees (five people all confirm unethical behaviour and rip-offs) who confirm a lot of what I have said and thus implies that you have known for many years that Power Places Tours rip people off - yet you continued to promote the programs to large numbers of people - some of which were ripped off.

 

You see - the matter is of basic ethics (lying, cheating, stealing, bullying, etc). I am curious what you have to say about it. 

 

For your awareness - what you say or do not say may be mentioned for public interest reasons in my free life-story to be released next month into the public domain. 

 

We are almost at a major crossroads.  Either Power Places Tours or yourself is going to sue me and thus the PR disaster will only get worse (for you as well) because I would naturally continue to speak about it if I am sued - or perhaps you are ready to honor integrity and choose a different path.

You would think that a couple who organized tours about mind, body and spirit would be a little evolved but they are very callous and there is nothing spiritual about them. It’s all about the money. They live and keep their money offshore in St Croix and just have someone in Denver act like an adminstrative asst. Power Places Tours Gregg Braden Update. I can share that after reviewing the submissions that Power Places Tours made to a UDRP Panel that a lot of their testimony relies on bad faith testimony from a number of unethical individuals. Examples include testimony from those involved in insurance fraud and stealing money from bank accounts, testimony from stalkers and harassers, testimony from organizations involved in sexual abuse scandals and other illegal behaviour (The FWBO), testimony from those who stalk females online and insult them, testimony from those that are friends with convicted pedophiles on the sexual offenders list and so on an so forth.

The UDRP Panel may find that Power Places Tours are guilty of domain name hijacking - ie trying to take websites down that tell the truth in which case things will get much worse for them as I will be free to say what I like as long as it is true. Suffice to say - there will be more public disclosures in the coming weeks as Power Places Tours are as unethical as it can get. As for Gregg Braden, it definitely shows poor judgement given that he regularly endorses Power Places Tours. I can also share that I have been threatened with unfortunate circumstances several times by associates/friends of Power Places Tours who will also be named shortly. It is only a matter of time before this scandal finds its way into the mainstream media.
