 I ordered a 4 wheeler for my kids for Christmas. I placed the order in mid November then I caked to check on it after not hearing from them for 7 days and never receiving a confirmation email for my order but they sure charged my checking account immediately. I called every number on their website and never heard back from anyone until I get a random email 3 weeks later saying oops we made a mistake and your order was never processed. The email asked if I still wanted the 4 wheeler and they could still have it to me by Christmas so I said sure that was Dec 7th today is Dec 23 still no 4 wheeler and I have tried dozens of times to get ahold of Gary Fike or Roberta Fike from Wixom MI for 2 weeks and no one answers the phone or responds to email ever. At this point I have filed charges shading them for theft and have had to file a fraud charge with the bank to get my money back. Still no 4 wheeler just a bunch of problems stay away from powersportsdistro.com like the plague they will steal your money too.

Powersports Distro was Great

Powersports Distro was great to work with. Their customer service was very good and I would absolutely buy from them again. I read some of these reviews and they just do not make sense as our purchase was excellent. I feel bad that Powersports Distro has to put up with these negative comments when they are actually really good to work with. Maybe it is competitors that are greedy with bad blood in them trying to steal business. I do not know. What I do know for a fact is that Powersports Distro was very good to us when we bought our kids ATV. The part I was most surprised about was how well they kept us informed of when the ATV was shipping and when we should expect our shipping/tracking number. They gave us exact dates and they were correct. The buying process went well and the same for the shipping process. The ATV was easy to assemble to. It took about 30 minutes. Do not hesitate to purchase from them.

I also purchased and atv and was unable to get the item ordered

 I ordered an atv from them on December 9th and also was unable after numerous attempts to reach them to get a tracking number on my purchase! I exhausted all options of contact and had to go to my bank to open a fraud case. There websites are complete lies and their communication skills are horrible! I will also be seeking legal council if my bank is unable to assist me! I have also commented on several of their websites and they have erased every comment posted! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!! They should be put in jail for this because in my opinion this is theft!!

I can verify the customer is correct with this company. The will not contact you after numerous tries.

 I am in the process of purchasing from this company (power sports distro) out of Michigan. I have been trying numerous time to contact them about an order. I have emailed through their website, called them on the phone. They even have a number to text them through for "faster service ", through their website. I've contacted them through their Facebook page and exhausted my contact info. I have yet to get a response or anyone to attempt to contact me back. I am in the process of finding info on the ownership, address of business. I am also in the process of finding the owners personal address and phone numbers along with the business license from the state of Michigan. I work with people who can get this information to report to the public. At this time, I do know, they are not registered with the BBB. However you can still file a report with the BBB if you so choose. At this time, after reading numerous reports through ripoffreport and other sites on the internet, this business is not ran properly. It does not have customer service in place, and appears to be suspect with the way they advertise and do business. If I do not hear from this company within the next 72 hours, I will pursuing other means of contact from a legal source. The website is bogus, it does not tell the truth. They report that they will ship within 3 days of payment. Send a tracking number and have the freight carrier to contact you for delivery times. At this point, it's been a week. I have only received a receipt for payment. I have not received any info or contact from this company about my item, or shipping. I have exhausted my contacts trying to reach them for answers. I will be swiftly taken action, and looking for deep information on the owner, business, address, and any other info. If they do not hold up their end of the agreement, I will be seeking council and other customers who have had bad dealings with them. I encourage you, that if you have had suspect dealings with this company or any other, to report it to the BBB. Report it to all social media outlets, call the state they are doing business in and check their credibility. Continue to apply pressure, make copies of your emails, text and other forms of contact for legal purposes. Keep your receipt and make copies of their about section, info and business advertisement, snap shot everything you can from their websites in case you need to hire an attorney. If I have a raw deal with this company, I will be actively seeking legal actions and looking for others that have had bad dealings with them. This section is for power sports distro to read: Fix your customer service, revamp your business, and be truthful. Don't rebuke customers who are telling the truth. Continue to do business this way, it will destroy your business. If you cannot handle your customers with response other than trying to rebuke a rip off report, your doomed. Customer service is the first step to repeat customers and new customers. If you continue to ignore your customers after you take their money, you need to be out of business. You do not deserve customers, if you scam people and ignore them. If I do not receive my product in a timely manor (3 more days) I will make sure I let everyone know, you are a total rip off! I will be contacting my bank to report fraud and be filing a complaint within the town you do business in. I will make it a point to find the info I seek on ownership and DBA info. I will make sure that everyone has this info and do my part in helping you with your customer service issues by making sure everyone has a personal contact number for ownership, management and whoever else I can find.

Not Fraud

Hi i have just bought my son an atv for christmas and as you know it is hard to figure out which online places are ok to buy from.  I saw this and was concerned that like this page states that its a fraud but i read other things and this place seemed the best option and the price was perfect for what i wanted.  I have just recieved my sons Atv and it is great exactly like i wanted.  I did get worried when they had taken my paypal but hadnt sent me an email for shipping. so of course i was worried with all the negative things i had read so i contacted the company and like most the automative service isnt the best but i did send a text to the number that was listed for texting only and i recieved a text within the hour and they had checked on my order and said it was in processing and that process takes a few days that it was schedule to ship on a date and i would recieve and email on the date.  We recieved the email stating that it had been shipped. I got it within the 3 to 5 days.  I did have an issue with the shipping i ordered a lift gate and they didnt deliever on a lift gate so we were stuck lifting the heavy item.  That being said i contacted the owner gary and he checked and said yes you did ordered it we will refund your 30 dollars today.. I'm not sure what happened in the other case but in mine it was great they got right back to me with any issues i had and the product looks amazing so please make sure you do full research on a company but this is not a fraud company and i feel bad for the owner who has this review out there saying hes a fraud when he isnt. Sometimes things happen and some people dont have great experiance but we are all human and we mess up but to call someone a fraud isnt ok this is his business and his life. Write a bad review and say he ripped you out of money. I just wanted people to know i have had great luck and i will be buying from this company again in the near future.

Dear Customers,

We have been open and operating since 2012 and have served over 10,000 customers.  We take great pride with our customer service and also the products Powersports Distro LLC sells.  Although things do happen within a business which sometimes are out of our control this was not one of them. 

We believe this post was most likely made by a despiteful competitor trying to draw customers away.  If that for some reason this is not the case we would be more than happy to work with this person.  Please contact us anytime.  We have no customer with the name provided in any of our sales history.  It looks to us that this was a made up customer.  If the customer statement about fraud was correct banks would have shut us down and not let us operate since 2012 serving thousands.  Our business is strong.  Come visit us anytime!
