Sharif Jones claims his tour was on $498 with a deposit of $98 which was a lie! It was $595 with a deposit of $95. After the $95 deposit was made u then offered me a choice to pay $200 more & a sponsor would pay the rest if I made the payment by the next day which I refused & said I'll pay the two $250 deposit that was due march & April 21, 2014. Like I stated before I paid the reminder balance in full $500 way ahead of schedule then u turned around stating I needed to purchase airplay for $350 or the headliners didn't want to perform with us indie artist & said u would work with me. I denied doing the radio airplay & demanded a refund then was told many stories & still haven't recieved my money ($595)!!! So stop lying cause like I told u before I will catch up with u!!!!!!!!!

I would like to address this false claim from Darryl. We had notified you numerous of time that we are converting the tour (Hip Hop 360) into our Interactive Artist Showcases. We also told you if you want to remain on our tour you must perform on one of our showcase to keep the spot on the tour. We had mention to you if you perform well you will remain on the tour. If you don't perform well if will not remand on the tour. 

We offer you a free performance spot on our showcase. But you decline the opportunity and request a refund. I want to correct your statement about us ROBBED you for $500....Let's be real Darryl you only came out your pocket total amount of: $295 which my tour performance fee was: $495.....My investor had put up the rest of the money for you....So  let's tell the truth.

We are here to help unsigned/indie artists to get their music heard and network with Label Representative. NOT TO ROB ANY ARTISTS.  We have a great reputation with Major/indie Labels, Grammy Award Winners/Nominated Producers, Radio Personality and The Largest Radio Airplay Firm. 

Even though  you read  and signed the Agreement; the deadline for a refund was expire after 48 hours of signing the agreement. Read your agreement Article V. Even though the refund policy as expired we was granted a refund in your behalf. Once we had receive the money back from the hotels and Tour Bus Company. But putting false Statement and defamation of character toward my company, my name and Sharif Jones which he hasn't nothing to do with this situation.

We receive a threaten message it was forward to your local police department and you will receive a letter from my attoreny regards defamation of character plus breach of agreement. All of this could have been handle bettter by being patient until we had gotten back your refund....But no we going to forward with our law suit and charge of threating..

SO IF YOU WANT TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER YOU CAN REACH US....

I want to address this issue what Mr. Darrly from North Carolina. Mr. Darryl we had notify you regarding the 360 Hip Hop tour will be convert into our showcase 'Se7en Minutes of Fame'. Which you agree to participate on the showcase to remain on the tour. We haven't charge Mr. Darrly any additonal funds to participate on the showcase for extra exposure.

Mr. Darryl had chosen not to participate on the showcase nor the tour and requested his money back. He Stated We took $500 from him...Which is a lie...The tour was $498 which Mr. Darryl paid $98 as a deposit. My investor paid off the remainder balance for Mr. Darryl. Which Mr Darryl only had to pay the remainder balance of $298. 

Mr. Darryl you had signed a written contract with with the refund policy. It had pass the refund policy return. We had been more then helpful with you Mr. Darryl. Even though you have past the refund policy guideline we was going to refund you half of your tour payment of: $149 once my legal department approve it and be mail out this week. 

No you wrote this report we will move forward to pursing this matter in court of breach of agreement and article XIII and defamation of Charter on our company name, my name and Sharif Jones which has nothing to be with the 360 Hip Hop Tour.....
