The product didn’t deliver what it promised on their advertised massage. On June, 24/2019, I contacted customer services asking for refund under their 30 days money back guarantee. They don’t respond to over 7 requests I made during the guarantee period, now I’m not entitled for refund as they planned. Detroit MI

On June 01/2019, I bought a product called Ecommerce Profits Funnel from Precious Ngwu for $1,297. The product didn’t deliver what it promised on their advertised massage. On June, 24/2019, I contacted customer services asking for refund under their 30 days money back guarantee. They don’t respond to over 7 requests I made during the guarantee period, now I’m not entitled for refund as they planned.

At the very beginning, when I was paying for the program, Mr.Ngwu uses his own payments portal. He didn’t use knowing portals like Paypal or Clickbank,…etc. That was the first red flag, why, because other knowing portals can force him up to fulfill his guarantee.

In the first week after purchase, Mr. Mike Newson, the customer services person was nice and answered my questions about the program. The first concern was there were only 13 (Non-sense) products not as they advertised 25 products.

Second, there were no training videos as advertised. Third, any link on the website is not working unless you send a message for them to give you access. Mr.Newson answered was; due to heavy requests on their server, they weren’t able to upload the rest of the products and the training videos and they will be up soon. I waited 2 more weeks to see the rest of products and training videos. Till today July, 04, 2019 still only 13 products and just added 4 videos, 2 of them introductory to the program and the products and 2 training videos totaled at 25 minutes.

I got fed up with all of their broken promises, so I asked for a refund at June, 24, 2019, then all of the sudden, Mr.Newson is deaf, blind and not responding at all. I repeated my requests at June, 26 & 27 & 29 & 30. I started looking for a way to contact Precious Ngwu but I couldn’t find an email address for him. All massages I sent to any email I found, it returned undelivered because there is no such user until the 30 days guarantee period passed away.

I think that Mr.Ngwu and some others working with him are pulling a big scam with this Ecommerce program they advertise. As you can see, the program isn’t cheap. They are putting it under too many different names. They use too many companies’ names and it’s been running for almost 2 months. If just 200 people are victims like me get scammed, those scammers have made over $250,000 out of hard workers like me who are trying to make an honest living.

I’m willing to work with anybody, either a victim of Mr.Ngwu OR any government OR federal agencey OR lawyer to get those who steal our money, Hope and Dream. I got all documents that support my complain for anybody who wants to look at it.

At the end, I learn through my research for Mr.Ngwu that Precious Ngwu is forbidding of doing business with most legit payments companies. Also he is from Nigeria; maybe he is pulling his last scam and will take the Heist and go back to his Country. The money we talking about here could make him rich over there. If anybody knows about any agency or governmental office that I can contact and file an official complain, please let me know. I really will appreciate that too much. God Bless You All.
