We sent laptop to be repaired, we read a ad in the bloomington, indiana phone book for a National Laptop Repair, 877-359-1714. Sent laptop by ups to Precision Engineering in Columbia, SC on Feb 5, 2013. Paid Feb 14, 2013. As of this date no laptop. called the 359 number, no answer. called Precision Engineering at 803-750-7200, no one will pick up the phone. The head person is "Bob", no last name.

The company in question is now called Autorized Laptop Repair and the owner/ person in charges name is Robert (Bob) Pachaly. Hope this helps he owes me money for work preformed on the building.
