Cirila would get the envelope in her mail open it pull off the envelope out and mail it to the ones that had this address on it some of them would go to the Garland Police, Raythheon, and the FBI. Cirilasusan call this woman Aug. 2010 on the weekend ask her to call the cops her husband was hurt her. The woman ask Cirilasusan to call them Cirilasusan tell she couldn't because he was home. Cirilasusan tell the woman to tell the cops that he was seeing under age girls. Told her to tell them that he had his soccer short. The plate on his car was CLUB-SI. The woman call the Garland Police for Cirilasusan. Cirilasusan knew if had Joseph to go to police on this Cirilasusan voice would not be on the record. The letters wouldn't be not in Cirilasusan hand write they would be in someone write. Cirilasusan got a detective to get records off this woman phone that Joseph put on phone calling her his wife and the detective made a CDs for Cirilasusan. The FBI came out to Cirilasusan house to talk to them. Joseph told the FBI that the woman was just a friend. Cirilasusan lied to the FBI about the letters. The FBI talk to the woman about Joseph and the woman had the records on her phone. The FBI said Joseph lied to them. And they had to go back and talk to Joseph.
