I was invited to an interview by my trusted friend Roman. He told me this was a job interview for the job that he is in. When I went to the place it seemed small for a huge business. They were having presentations in the front and all the new people would have to go in a separate room. They tell you a lot, like how the average american dream and brainwash you into already reciting their business. After the interview which is just a 2 hour presentation you go into a room where the person who brought you and their leader beg you to join. And you can only join with 125 this is the only money you will pay they said, as I was hesitant to pay my friend and his boss insisted, so I did only based off the trust of my friend. The next meeting was over three hours and told us the real fees after we were in for. In the fast track meeting they told me I would first have to be in the policy myself and then I should beg any friends and relatives to join. They told me not to say anything because I'm not equipped and to just bring them to my QFD(Cause their more we quipped in lying). After my fast track meeting that was it. I would now need to go find recruits and put them through my same process of lying to them and saying its an interview and surprising them with a 125 fee. Then they tell you to go sell to your "warm market" your family and friends because they have trust in you so they will automatically believe in your lies. Every other meeting was a 3-4 hour long presentation to make you feel like you were doing something(you're just sitting there being brainwashed and If you have a thought of leaving they say its your fault and are just lazy.

I realized what this is which is an MLM scam. I tried to get out by telling my friend(in the beginning he told me I would get reimburse me if I decided not to be in this) and he told his boss which told me that I will not get my money back and this is an amazing opportunity to be in. I told him I obviously do not want to be in this and he said it wasn’t his problem and I should contact his boss Rex Wu. I emailed Rex..... "Hello Rex, I do not wish to be in this group and would like my 125 back", "I am so sorry to hear that, While I can't help you get you 125 back as that is non-refundable. I can certainly help you succeed in this business. There are many associates who are able to take advantage of this opportunity. I don't see why you can't.

When I tried to educate people about this scam they threatened to sue me. I was writing on my facebook and twitter all place for freedom of speech. Really all I'm asking for is 125 OF MY OWN MONEY and you're going to sue me to try and get more of my money. Their money hungry and they will scam and lie and use trust to deceit you.

So now I can leave with nothing or stay in this horrible group I'm forced in to. They won't let me leave but i'm welcome to stay with all the hate I have for this company. I paid 125 and now I'm a member forever, I am free to go to the 3 hour long presentations and that is it.

No service was given or taken for you guys to keep my money. You guys take services for me, my money,my time, and my exposure I give you guys by bringing recruits.

I am no longer friends with my friend, and I have less money, less time and less friends because anyone I referred to is mad at me. PFA Ruined my life.

MLM Scam? Really?

AUTHOR: Luke - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 10, 2017

First off, there are Multi-Level Marketing, Network Marketing and Direct Selling businesses. Whichever you prefer to call them, these are legal and often reputable businesses that pay their producers who actually work hard for a living.

Anyone who joins on the premise of "Getting rich quick" has either misunderstood the business, or has been mislead.

Secondly, there are Ponzi Schemes and Pyramind Scams/Schemes which are illegal. These are the "pay now and you'll get more later" businesses with no real service or product; just an exchange of money leading to the ultimate collapse of the model.

There is no such thing as a MLM scam, Pyramid Marketing, Network Marketing Ponzi or any other combination of those titles that people like to throw together when they don't fully understand what Direct Selling is. Legal is legal, illegal is illegal.

As for this gentleman's experience, I understand.

There are bad apples in any business; people who will misrepresent their products or services and intentionally trick people into buying something they don't need or can't afford.

However, there are also people who stare a real opportunity in the face and spit on it, with no true desire to better their situation, but rather to drag others back down to their level of unhappiness.

That being said, the majority of PFA representatives are not "liars" and "trying to brainwash you" as this gentleman so eloquently puts it.

They're non-captive insurance brokers. No different from any local broker you may have worked with to purchase your current life insurance. And to be honest, they are offering some of the most comprehensive and AFFORDABLE insurance products. No, the products and services aren't for everyone, but that's for the individual to decide.

Make no mistake, however. These products are helping people in a big way.

Their company has an incentive and compensation plan to reward their top performers, yes. So does Allstate, Geico and State Farm. And pretty much every business in existence that rewards it's personnel for their hard work. Just because it's built on a Direct Selling platform doesn't make is disreputable.

I suppose if you're willing to end your friendships over $125, despite their attempt to help you earn it back through honest work, you may have not been a great friend anyway. PFA ultimately pays $750 back after you become a licensed agent and make 3 training sales. So if you WORK for it, the $125 will be refunded and you could actually help someone find a life insurance policy that works for them.

If $125 is that significant, sir, you may not like this business but you should definitely pursue a higher paid work since clearly you are massively undercompensated; and I say that with all sincerity. Ultimately, you reap what you sow. You get out what you put in. You are directly compensated for your level of effort.

A Con and a Ripoff

AUTHOR: PFA is a SCAM - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 07, 2017

The PFA Seal organization is a pyramid scam. This is a network marketing organization that sales to its members the IUL product. The members join thinking that they are part of a big company when it's really joining the organization as a member. Once a member, you pay them to join $135 and then they say you should buy the product since it's a great product. In addition they expect you to bring that person who convinced you to join more leads by suggesting your other friends and relatives. (This is warm market contact) By the time you finish all your dues and referral quotas and you get your license, you are left with nothing. That's when they stop focusing on you (and you become their weakest link, like the guy above). Instead they say you don't invite enough or you're not hard working. All they want is your leads.

Oh and about this product. It is offered by other companies and if you compare the cost of the product with other companies this policy from PFA will more likely be more expensive. Like any other products in this world there are pluses and minuses. The problem here is they mislead you by telling you their policy is the only one that offers this living benefit rider, but in reality most permanent insurance policy has this option. If you have an older policy and if you listen to them you will surrender your original policy that means you get the cash value. Remember your cash value is only a portion of what you contributed. That's because the other portion was to buy the insurance you had over the years. Then you put the remaining amount into this new insurance policy and immediately the actual cash value again in this new policy has been reduce. Do you know why? That's because they use that portion to pay that salesman. It's a con and this has been done to hundreds of you as you fall into their sales pitch. Basically a potion of your premium on new policies is paid PFA company in support of the so call head salesman aka CEO and their lavish life style while you're stuck with nothing except

1. lower cash value in your "new" insurance policy
2. another insurance policy that you now locked in on with no way to get your
money back unless you borrow it or you die.

Example, You contributed 5 years into your original insurance of $10K ($2K contribution per year), in the 5th year this salesman say, "hey we got this living benefit option, which if you check might be already in your old policy. So he cons you into pulling out your money to buy this new policy, but wait you only get let's say $7K not the $10k you contributed. This is already being too generous because they gave $2k to the original salesman and $2k for insurance coverage for 5 years that leaves you with $6 that was part of your contribution and the $1k was gain from the $6k. Now you take this $7K and contribute to the new policy. immediately it is lower because of the annual commission paid to the salesman for him signing you to this new policy and now you only have $5k surrendered value after 5 years. This is an awesome return.

The end game, the "sales" agent got that lost portion as their commission and you get less. Rip off artist I call it.

PFA Opportunity

AUTHOR: HB - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 21, 2016

For this person to go thru this length and write a complaint, I can feel his pain. PFA is an Opportunity period! It requires an entrepreneur mindset and there's no guarantee for success. Fortunately for me, I'm very successful in PFA - earning over $700,000 in the last 12 months and only 3 years in the business is very exciting!

PFA business is build on trust. You will never be successful in any business without integrity and people that trust you.

This person obviously misunderstood the business thinking he has to go out and lie! LOL! If he felt that way in the beginning, why did he join? I don't believe anyone can force you to do anything if you don't feel there's no integrity in the buisness...

A smart person reading this complaint would have to wonder, what was he thinking when he joined? $125 investment for a Million Dollar Income Opportunity is nothing. "A poor person is a state of mind, a broke person is a state of bank account!" I have a feeling that this person complaining is a poor person and will never be wealthy - I'm sorry to say that! It doesn't mean he couldn't change...

For the rest of the PFA family, we have a crusade to change America one family at a time. We will not allow any small minded people change our course!

Knowing Rex and John D. These 2 gentleman work with the utmost integrity that I have seen. They have no need to lie, and although the business is not for everyone, it's a real opportunity to succeed. One that I personally have witnessed people with no background in finances able to cash flow part time a proffessional income If you were focused on making money rather than the $125 you repeatedly complained about losing, you may have made it back. I love it when you said, "PFA ruined your life." dude. You have bigger problems if losing $125 cost you a friendship and the rest of your life. Waa

Come to PFA with the desire learn and earn.

AUTHOR: Truth - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, January 21, 2015

The only thing that I hear in this complaint is a spoiled kid who didn't get his way and is throwing a tantrum. $125 is nonrefundable even if you didn't hear the presenter say it, it's clearly written in black and white. There is a reimbursement plan discussed, but it has nothing to do with the initial fee. Don't pay to join something if you're not sure. It’s very simple. Now it's time to put on your big boy pants and take responsibility for your actions. Stop blaming other people for everything that goes wrong in your life. I don't see brainwashing in that first presentation. I see the relief a person feels in finding an escape from that job they hate, I see when a single mother realizes that she can raise her children on her own and I see people realizing that this opportunity is an answer to their prayers. I saw an answer to prayers, I have a wife, I have kids; I have a mortgage, so this is not a game. There are real people out here with real issues, real needs, this is not a game. Don't let reviews make decisions for you that will affect your life. Look online, on Facebook or someway for someone to let you see for yourself. Just like most former employees will badmouth their old company, but if the job has flexible hours, high pay, freedom to take off any day, you would probably still take the job. Make that decision for yourself.

Who cares if the training was 3-4 hours, that’s a small price to pay for the training you need to be successful in your business. That training is vital for those of us who are serious about our business. If you don’t want to recruit, then don’t recruit. But, let your leader know up front, that you only want to do sales. Nobody will complain about more sales. According to Donald Trump, Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki and former Pres. Bill Clinton multi-level marketing is the only realistic way that an average person can get wealthy in America. Also, according to them multi-level marketing is a legitimate and proven business model. This is the advice that we should be following. Where else can an average person pay $125, get free training, free use of office and make way above average commissions? PFA opened the door, so get out of your comfort zone and take some action. It sounds like his friends swam and he sank, but it’s never too late to start swimming. Rex Wu offered to help him be successful in this business. If he had to pay, he wouldn't be able to afford Rex Wu’s help.

I don’t know who this guy was hearing. Rex Wu regularly tells us to always be ethical, to treat people the way we want to be treated and never try to take shortcuts. That's the only way you'll ever be successful in this business. When I first heard Rex Wu make those statements, I knew PFA was the right company for me. A large number of the associates in this office are people of faith. And we truly lived by Rex Wu’s statements at the Rockville office of PFA. The insurance industry is highly regulated; nobody will last long if they are not honest and ethical. If that guy had stuck around longer and paid attention to the training, he would know these things. There are people of many races, from many different countries that are successful in the Rockville, PFA office. Some barely speak English and they worked to be successful. I’m living proof when I take the right action; I get the right results. Rex Wu and John Domingo and all the leaders that I've seen are good people and willing to help you to succeed. If he had used his available resources, took the right action and I wouldn't be writing this today. His life isn't ruined by his friend, PFA or that $125. That hate that he talked about is poison; it will cloud your judgment and ruin your life. Let it go and let everybody get back to improving our lives.

Premier Financial Alliance Seal Team Premier Financial Alliance Seal Team,Rex Wu, John Wu. Jack Wu,John Domingo Scammed by puppets and trusted friend Rockville, Maryland- COMPLETE BOGUS REPORT

AUTHOR: Anonymous - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, January 13, 2015

I am here to set the record straight. I am a part of John Domingos team and I would like to post a positive testimonial in regards to this negative experience someone else had with Premier Financial Alliance.

When I was invited in I was told I was going to attend an orientation and have a hiring interview afterwards which was exactly the case. The size of the office is irrelevent but the first thing this person wishes to complain about, it is a normal size for any financial services company to do business out of in my opinion. Everything that they conveyed to me in the presentation was very informative and did help me to realize a lot of things that the majority of people do not know about the financial industry and many updates that have happened recently. I was blown away by the information I heard and saw that I would be able to help a lot of people with the mission PFA has which is to bring prosperity back to every household in America. It is a legitimate company and they do not lie or mislead you in any way. By this person stating he was told to come in for an interview, if that was it and is the case, maybe you should be only mad at your friend for not setting the right expectations to begin with not bad mouth the whole company.

As far as the 1 time franchise fee of $125 to be able to have and access your own website and for what you need get trained on building your own company within a company, that was totally well worth it and that is all you need to start with PFA, I was explained thouroghly by Rex Wu and John about how during my training, I would need to get licensed during my training and after I finished all of my training I would be re-imbursed $750 which I did complete and recieved the re-imbursement which I must say is more money I got back then what I put out including in addition to paying $125. The $125 was also explained when I started that it is non-refundable and it is stated where you are able to read plainly that it is not refundable. If you work for new york life, state farm, prudential, primearica, big name companies like these which are similar to Premier Financial Alliance, you also need to get licensed some with a securities license as well and do not have a re-imbursement program upon completion of training, this company is awesome and unique in that respect. Some companies make you pay to go to every meeting they have where PFA does not, this one time franchise fee is equivalent to paying however much it costs to own your own Mc Donalds franchsie, that you know is predictable, duplicatable and profitable and will make you a fortune in due time.

The trainings that they have twice every week to help you can go up to 2 hours and max 2 and a half hours but it is also well worth it, you are investing in to your own business. Obviously you had a bad experience and was looking for a 9-5 job, not what I would say is an awesome management training position to be in business for yourself but not by yourself. Being an entrepaneur is not for everyone and you will not benefit anything from complaining, as you say you did on facebook and trying to make a good company and great leaders look bad. No one put a gun to your head and forced you to join. You are not required to recruit, you can reffer and recruit, be a personal producer, there is not just one way to make money or to obtain clients and you are not taught that or told to approach your friends and family, to lie or mislead people in any way. There is nothing to lie about, what they offer and do for people sells itself. They showed me how to have an endless stream of clients coming to me.

This individual from the message had a negative attitude to begin with looking at this complaint and were looking for any little thing to whine and complain about, if you do your research, an "MLM scam" as they put it, which stands for multi level marketing is where the majority of wealthy people who have worked hard and did what it takes earned there fortune, it is not easy but it is simple, especially when you have a step by step blue print like they have in PFA to help you and have helped many people to become successful. John Domingo, I respect very much because he is doing it to retire his mom and is only 22 years old, him and his mom are very caring and he is an amazing leader, he earned over $100,000 in his first 9 months and has been in the company less then a year right now as I write this on 1/13/2014. I am not going to let a great leaders name or a great company be mis represented and it is not fair that this person who only wishes to wine and complain because they don't have what it takes, write on here and try to discourage anyone else from looking into working with PFA. Corporate America and a 9-5 job is built on a multi level marketing set up if you want to be technical and really look at the reality of things, just on a larger scale.

I currently work here and love it, the best decision I could have ever decided to make being a part of this team, although my dreams were not to be a financial broker when I started a few months ago I knew PFA could give me the income to bring me closer to achieving my dreams faster, which it is and has been able to do, I have made great income and will be making even more. The company as a whole is a solid company as well as their flag ship product , and I am thankful to have such amazing leadership with my business partner John Domingo, Rex Wu, Jack Wu, and David Carroll the CEO.

I am in it for the long haul. Please do not have the wrong pre concieved notion about this company, what it is about and how they do things because of this post, it is completely misleading in my opinion and whoever posted it, please find something better and more productive to do with your time. If you need the $125 back that bad to want to waste your energy and life posting negative and un-true things all based around what seems to be that one thing, online which is pretty pathetic, go ahead and respond to this email I made just for you, times must be so hard for you, I guess you think this 125 will make everything better in your life. The email I just made is:

remembertheguythatgaveup/neitherdoesanyoneelse@yahoo.com

Email me and I will personally send it to you from my pocket via western union anonymously.
