Premier Pools & Spas DBA (Shan Pools) Shan Johnson & Mike Ribnikar Has not paid a 20K Judgement against them awarded to me (Daisy Yzaguirre) plano tx

I wrote a check for 20K Specifically to Premier Pools and Spas as they directly indicated in order to build a pool/landscaping but after a very long period of time  this was never done or ever even started .They would never porvide me a start date either and as time went on I had to hire a lawyer and take them to Arbitration which is what their company enforces and is costly to consumers. After meeting their demands I won the case and the Judge ordered them to give back my 20K and other losses.

This was in September of 2020 and Shan Johnson and Mike Ribnikar who were both in the arbitration are both owners and have refused to pay the Judgement for 20K plus other losses. Thus far this company has stolen my money and ran with it. I am still waiting for them to make good on their responsibilities and give me back my stolen funds.
