Received a text saying:

"2403223740: PREMIER SERVICE is accepting individuals to be a Walmart store evaluators and earn USD300 Please click here to signup 123formbuilder.com/form-4936369/psa"

Went to the website and it's a lead generation form asking for name, salary, address, email, age, etc.

I looked up the text on Google and found a website: "PREMIER SERVICE is accepting applications for qualified individuals"
