Premium Air Solutions Scam Artists Columbus Ohio

Three guys came out to my house to fulfill a Groupon purchase of a WHOLE HOUSE VENT CLEANING for $49.  They removed all vents and started to work right away. The head guy took me to the basement where the furnice was and said that it was in desperate need of cleaning and inspection.  Then he reviewed with me the price of the work would cost an additional $427!!  I had already paid the $49 groupon fee but there are a bunch of hidden costs. 

I said that I wasn't prepared to pay that much money, so he made a call and said he could do it all for $327 since I am a new client.   He also said they would spray a hypo allergetic spray in the vents for free.  Well, after all said and done and payment received, all they really did was cut a few holes in my air ducts and vacum out my furnice.  I asked what he did and he said they cleaned it and made sure the wires were all working properly.....but he couldn't go into any detail to what he did. 

How can you spray the furnice with they hypoallergictic spray and make sure the furnice is working properly if you don't have any tools to do that?  Never saw anything but the vacum hose and the tools to cut the holes.  The sheet was a copied piece of paper with almost no detail of the company and their guarantee.  His statment was they just ran out and were waiting for a new shipment of their forms.

I have made multiple calls and emails to the company for a receipt and warranty sheet of which their website says all work is 100% guaranteed.  I have yet to have anything and feel that I have been totally been taken advantage of.  The company seems to be a scam.  If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
