1. Lack of communication between Prescott faculty and staff to my Fall 2006 scores of No Credit.

On January 10, 2007, Chris Schreiner emailed Matt Bennett, my mentor for the Fall 2006 term, Ellen Greenblum and me, cc

On February 6, 2007 I emailed Chris Schreiner that the enrollment office did not see me as enrolled from Fall 2006.

On February 9, 2007 Chris replied back, cc Ellen, that he had not received my contracts yet and needed me to submit them by April.

May 17, 2007, I emailed Ellen and Chris, that I had received zeros in all of my classes for Fall 2006.

May 18, 2007, Ellen replied that she had no contracts from me yet.

May 18, 2007, I replied to Ellen that I would resend the contracts.

May 21, 2007, Ellen replied, that she actually did have the contracts I had submitted a month earlier, but they did not include mentor information and so could not be processed. No one from Prescott ever communicated to me that the information from my mentor was missing, but immediately put me down as failing.

May 22, my mentor for Fall 2006 classes, replied to me and Ellen that he had actually already sent in his packet to Prescott in January, to Jody from Prescott.

First Prescott asked me for contracts they already had, then they lost my mentors information, third they never communicated to me that the information was missing, fourth they penalized me academically and financially for their mistakes. ***

2. My Fall 2007 transcripts were frequently delayed by months, because Ellen had lost the work Id sent her and inevitably turned my materials in, very late. This resulted my employers suspecting the legitimacy of Prescott, and so the legitimacy of my own academic knowledge.

January 3, 2008, Prescott received my package of Fall 2007 contracts and assignments for Sped Characteristics (ED4309) Sped Specific Exceptions (ED4324) and Sped Diagnosis (4330).

I sent in a request for up-to-date transcripts on February 6, 2008. These transcripts should have been sent to my employer by March 2008, as I requested in my email, dated February 7, 2008, My employer called me today, to see if it went through, and if it will be to them by March, for some official deadlines.

On February 12, 2008, Bobbie Davidson emailed me, I do not have your Fall 2007 grades in yet. You need to contact your faculty for the status on your evaluations. Do you want your request held pending the receipt of those evaluations? I did not answer yes or no to postponing up-to-date evaluations.

On February 13, I replied to Bobby via email, Has Ellen contacted you? and the same day Bobbie emailed me, Not yet. She will contact heather Knowles first.

On February 28, 2008, Heather Knowles emailed Ellen, Chris Schreiner, and Jody that I needed to demonstrate to my employers that I completed my Fall 2007 courses and was in progress with courses for Spring 2008.

On March 7, 2008, I emailed Heather Knowles and Ellen Greenblum, about what my employers (KRESA) needed from Prescott for me to remain employed with them. My employers (KRESA) had written that the number one requirement was an up-to-date transcript. When I emailed this to Heather and Ellen, I received an auto-reply that Ellen was out of her office until March 10. Heather replied the same day, Thanks for the details.

On March 11, 2008, Chris Schreiner emailed me as well as Ellen and Heather, I dont have any record of actually receiving your evaluations. Have you sent them yet?

On March 12, 2008, Chris emailed me, I will check with Ellen again. But, do you have copies you can send just in case???? I am afraid she may not be able to find them.

On March 13, I emailed Ellen Greenblum, Did you receive the package I sent you over Xmas Break? I received no response from Ellen.

On March 15, 2008, I re-sent Ellen three emails, one with 12 attachments for class assignments for Fall 2007 courses, and another with 14 attachments, and the third time 27 attachments, for the same semester.

March 15, 2008, I emailed Chris Schreiner, Yes, I sent everything in January, through the mail. Prescott received it January 3, 2008, and have I the receipt. I also offered to re-send everything Ellen had lost, to Chris.

March 15, 2008 I received and Out of Office Reply from Ellen.

On March 24, 2008. Heather Knowles emailed Ellen, Chris and me, saying Hi Ellen/Chris. I just spoke to Scott and he is needing to get his Fall Term straightened out so he can show his grades to his employer and keep his job.

March 24, 2008, I emailed Chris, Ellen and Heather that I needed proof soon, that I was in school. I indicated that I could not afford to send another of the same package to Prescott, after one had already been lost, by Prescott College.

On May 25, 2009 Mary Trevor emailed Paul Burkhardt, saying, A two to four month delay was because he [Scott Morley] asked for us to wait until grades were posted. But I never requested a delay.

May 30, 2008. My wife attempted to contact Ellen about delay in my Fall 2007 grades.

June 2, 2008, I emailed this message to Heather, Ellen and Chris, My wife asked me to email this. Ellen says she understands we are upset and so Ellen will get back in touch with my wife on Monday. Its Monday. My wife has called several times at several numbers, and has received no answer on Ellens phone.

June 17, 2008, I sent Ellen Greenblum, Chris Schreiner. Paul Burkhardt, and Frank Cardamone, and Prescotts home page, everything that had been going on with my late transcripts. I said that I was looking for a lawyer and would contact accrediting agents.

June 25, 2008, Heather Knowles emailed to Bobbie Davidson,, Scotts 3 evals for Fall just arrived and I posted them, so I think this clears you to process his transcript request. So I thought it was all taking care of.

July 8, 2008, Ellen emailed me, I hope all is well with you and that you have recovered from the recent transcript panic. I apologize for Prescott Colleges foibles.

August 13, 2008, I found out Bobbi sent the wrong transcript. I emailed Bobbi my transcript does not have my grades from 2007. Bobbi emailed back, I am also faxing the CURRENT page only to your school. I will mail hard copies as well. So, basically I received the up-to-date transcript for my Fall 2007 grades on August 13, 2008, after my request on February 6, 2008, which means it took almost 6 to 7 months, on top of that they sent the wrong transcripts!

My employers, at this point, beginning to doubt the validity of Prescott, and so my knowledge of Special Education. The above documents demonstrate that my Fall 2007 transcripts were frequently delayed by months, because Ellen had lost the work I sent her. She inevitably turned my materials in, very late. This resulted in my employers suspecting the legitimacy of Prescott, and so the legitimacy of my own academic knowledge.

*** 3. My advisor Ellen Greenblum communicated to me via email, that deadlines were not enforced, and that I should focus on the quality of my work, as opposed to due dates. However, although Ellen had said she would accept late work, Prescott penalized me for this, academically and financially.

July 10, 2008, I emailed Ellen Greenblum, asking if she would take a late research paper from me without me receiving any penalty. Her response was, Just submit your work as soon as you can, and a few weeks late is okay.

I sent my package of assignments and contracts for Spring 2008, through email attachment, on August 5, 2008. On this date I emailed Ellen, My research paper is going to be so much better because of the loose deadline policy Ellen.

Ellen then emailed me, and actually asked, Which research paper are you referring to?

I emailed Ellen that my research paper was From my classes in July So hopefully next week I can send you the package with everything in it from Management and my Elective. I have the contracts and here are the attachments for those two class contracts

Ellen emailed me back August 6, Thanks Scott. She did not mention deadlines at all.

Attached emails between August 12 and October 8, 08 show no evidence of mentioning deadlines.

On October 28, 2008, Ellen emailed to me that she had read my research paper. This paper was from Spring 2008 term. This documentation shows that my advisor Ellen Greenblum communicated to me via email, that Prescott deadlines were still not enforced, although Prescott did enforce the deadlines.

4. Ellen also turned in my Spring 2008 work late, resulting in another expensive, inadequate marking period with No Credit all over my late transcripts.

August 13, 2008. I sent in hard copies of Spring 2008 contracts to Prescott C/O Ellen Greenblum.

August 13, 2008. I emailed Chris Schreiner, I sent a package of work C/O Ellen this morning. She wont be in the office. Could you pick it up? Thanks

Chris did not respond to this email.

September 19, 2008. I received an email from Carla Rudzinski. In this email was an attachment that indicated I had no Credit for ADP3016. This did not detail which classes, but said simply, No Credit for Mentored Study. I emailed Ellen on September 23, asking for clarification about this, but she never replied back with an answer.

October 1, 2008. I sent an email to Ellen with 7 attachments, here are attachments from the elective and management. Please let me know what else is missing. Prescott lost the package that I sent on August 13! Even after I emailed Chris Schreiner to pick it up.

In October 2008 Ellen sent me an email saying, The mentor did not fill out the mentor eval on the evaluation form Please resubmit with her evaluation. She gave no specifics as to which mentor, which class or marking period. But, I re-sent the evaluations of Genevieve Wilson on October 8, 2008. All of this demonstrates that Ellen also turned in my Spring 2008 work late, resulting in another expensive, inadequate marking period with No Credit all over my late transcripts. Also Prescott did not notify me that my Spring 2008 had shifted to Fall 2008 until I had officially found this out from Carly Rudzinski in her email on April 13, 2009.

*** 5. Prescott faculties negligence led to Prescott somehow transferring my Spring 2008 classes to Fall 2008 (without my permission). At the same time Heather, Ellen, Chris and Carly were also telling me I would be student teaching for Fall 2008.

On July 3, 2008 I received an email reminder from Heather Knowles concerning Fall 2008 enrollment. I emailed her back in July 7, 2008, informing her I was ready for student teaching.

On July 15, 2008, I also indicated to Heather that I was ready to student teach. Heather then said she would make sure I was registered to student teach, which was part time credit, she said.

On July 16, 2008 Heather emailed me that she would send me a confirmation.

On July 17, 2008, Heather emailed me that I was enrolled Part Time, for Fall 2008. This PART TIME was for student teaching 2008.

On August 4, 2008 I emailed Ellen about student teaching forms, indicating I was ready to student teach.

On August 11, 2008, I emailed Ellen concerning Unit and Lesson Plans for Student Teaching. I asked her about due dates for Spring 2008, and she said on August 12, As long as I have everything before you begin to student teach, were fine.

On August 12, 2008, Ellen emailed me, When do you begin student teaching? I answered her the same day, September.

On October 1, 2008 I also asked Ellen questions concerning my student teaching.

On October 29, 2008 I emailed Ellen asking about the mandatory beginning and ending dates for my student teaching. Ellen did not give me any dates. On October 29, the same day, she said was that Student teaching is 12 weeks, and that is all she said about it.

On October 30, 2008, I emailed Ellen that I thought November 1 and through mid-February would be good dates to put on the form, for student teaching.

On October 30, 3008, Debbie Wilson emailed that she was processing my student teaching, but did not have the dates yet, to process my contracts.

On October 31, 2008, Ellen told me she would pass my student teaching dates to Debbie Wilson, and said that everything was in order.

Also on October 31, Debbie Wilson emailed me about contracts for student teaching.

On November 4, Ellen emailed students that were student teaching, and in this email she indicated I was student teaching at that time.

On November 17, 2008, I emailed Ellen that my mentor teacher, for student teaching, needed the various student teaching forms through the mail. The reason my mentor teacher wanted to know if they were in the mail, was because the forms on the Prescott website were vague and generic, and because there were so few forms for her to fill out. Vicki had told me that Prescott seemed questionable, because their documentation was inadequate. That day Ellen replied that my mentor only needed to observe me only twice. More importantly than my mentor teachers doubts, was that Prescott faculty had me believing I was into my student teaching, which I later found out, I was not, somehow.

On December 4, 2008, Ellen emailed me that she understood I was student teaching, and she also said that if I were student teaching I would be going over the number of credits you registered for by approximately 11 credits. This still makes very little sense to me, or anyone else, but I believe this had to do with miscommunication between Heather Knowles, Ellen Greenblum and Debbie Wilson, as to which classes I was enrolling. Was it student teaching? Or was it the classes from Spring 2008?

Regardless, if her email is to be understood literally, she is saying I would be enrolled in both classes and student teaching. This is impossible, to be in school full time and also be student teaching, so it is clear that Prescott staff were very much confused about, basically, everything.

On December 5, 2008, Ellen was still asking for a missing page of contract for student teaching.

On December 8, 2008 Ellen asked me to RESUBMIT a page from my STUDENT TEACHING contract.

Also, on December 8, Debbie Wilson informed me that I was officially student teaching for the Fall 08 term. But, at the same time she said I was also taking classes for 11 more credits. This was very confusing. Id paid $3338 for student teaching 12, credits, as Heather had told me in her July 15 email.

On December 12, 2008 I emailed Ellen that I was student teaching, and told her I would fax her the first page of the contract soon. She emailed me the same day, saying not to worry about the contract page, because she had dummied one up, in order to keep things on time.

In January 2009 I also emailed Ellen about my student teaching, indicating that as far as I knew, I had been enrolled. But no one, not Ellen or anyone else, suggested otherwise, that I was not enrolled at that time for Student Teaching. On January 20, 2009 Ellen did email me that she was glad my student teaching was going well.

On March 23, 2009, Carly Rudzinski emailed me, From the records standpoint, the only course left to complete is student teaching, So I can enroll in the Summer or Fall 2009 to complete the student teaching.

I answered back to her that I was not sure what I had just paid for, if not student teaching for the Fall 2008.

On April 13, 2009, from Carly Rudzinskis email, I found that my Spring 2008 classes had somehow shifted to Fall 2008 without my permission.

On April 14, 2009 I emailed several people at Prescott, informing them that Ellen had said she actually never registered me for student teaching, so not to worry if my mentor was not satisfied with my knowledge. The above documentation proves that Prescott faculties negligence led to transferring my Spring 2008 classes to Fall 2008 (without my permission). At the same time Heather, Ellen, Chris and Carly were also telling me I would be student teaching for Fall 2008. It also shows that I was registered, and paid for the student teaching.

*** 6. Prescott charged me for classes that I did not write a single contract for, never signed anything for, and that actually is nonexistent.

On January 4, 2008 I had emailed Heather Knowles that I needed to take six or seven credits for Spring 2008 and asked if I would be able to receive a loan with that many credits. She responded that I needed nine credits for loans.

On January 7, 2008 she returned in her email that I needed to do Classroom Management, a CBL, and Student teaching, for a total of 18 credits. One cannot do classes while student teaching something Heather and Ellen both should know so I had no idea Heather was trying to suggest that I should do student teaching, and classes in the same semester.

I emailed her back, on January 7, that I needed to take eleven credits, under Ellen Greenblums advising.

She emailed me again, on January 8, 2008, this time advising to take 17 credits (not 18) for the same exact courses that shed told me added to 18 credits on January 7.

On January 8, 2008, she then advised me, You might consider just going ahead and enrolling for full time (18-24 credits) that way if theres a course missing that no one has noticed yet, or just another course you feel like taking, you will already be covered for it. You would have seven credits available to you, at no extra cost if you went that route. She also said I should take a class called LEP Student Teaching Challenge, which does not exist anymore. So the question is what is she talking about? Credits available at no extra cost? How does this work? LEP? This email makes no sense at all! How can I enroll for extra courses while I am student teaching?

On Friday, January 11, Heather Knowles said, OK, so thats 16 credits total, unless you also need 1-credit CBL (required if you plan to request our Institutional Recommendation,) which would put you at 17 credits. Right now youre in the system for 18 credits. Should I drop you to 17 or 16? What does in the system for 18 credits come from? Why does she jump around with how many credits I should take?

The LEP, Student Teaching Challenge, was never discussed with anyone else besides Heather and myself, and it was never explained to me that this meant I was signed up for student teaching, assumed it was some other course because one cannot student while taking classes. Heather seems to believe that I was actually student teaching while taking two other school courses, which is impossible. One cannot student teach and take classes at the same time. So, I had no idea that is what she was suggesting, that early on in my course word. Ellen must not have known either, because she, we, never discussed me student teaching in Spring 2008.

On March 24, I emailed Heather Knowles, Chris Schreiner and Ellen; I talked to Julie in the registrars today. She mentioned that I am only up for two classes. This semester I have two classes. Last semester I had three. I forgot to ask her which semester she was referring to, but will email her.

On March 24, 2008 I also emailed these three faculties that I had already sent Ellen all of my work for my methods class, diagnosis class and characteristics classes. I also reiterated that I needed validation of these.

On May 13 I asked Ellen about waiving student teaching.

May 14, 2008, Ellen said, We used to have a Student Teaching Challenge which the state revoked from us 1st February. This means I have been charged for a non-existent class that the state has revoked! Ellen also said that student teaching can be waived with two years experience, which is untrue. The above documentation proves that Prescott charged me and failed me for the extra 5 credits of nonexistent class, the LEP Student Teaching Challenge.

*** 7. Prescott inadequately prepared me for student teaching.

Prescott had me assigned for a student teaching class that did not exist (The Student Teaching Challenge).

Prescott had me signed up to student teach when I paid for the Fall 2008 term, but Prescott never registered for the student teaching although they communicated to me that they had registered me.

My principal and mentor teacher both told me to leave Prescott because they had inadequately prepared me.

After reading through the Mentor Packets, both my principal and mentor teacher questioned me about Prescott staffs legitimacy.

My mentor teacher Vicky Miller interviewed me concerning knowledge of specific special education systems, as well as knowledge of legal issues, and concluded I needed to get out of Prescott and into a more organized, structured and academically valid school.

*** 8. Unprofessional comments from Ellen Greenblum to my mentor teacher created doubt as to the legitimacy of my classes with Prescott College, resulting in me failing my student teaching.

In a phone discussion between Ellen and my mentor teacher, Ellen asked if I have a bed temper. At the end of the student teaching term, I asked my mentor if she felt I was emotional or angry in the classroom, or if I lost control of my classroom at any point. My mentor replied that no, I was not emotional or angry I was patient, helpful and pleasant in the classroom.

my mentor also asked frequently about Prescott due dates, and why the Prescott student teaching forms were so vague and generic.

In the Prescott handbook for Special Education, Prescott suggests Harry Wongs book The First Days of School. This book is out of date, and this book is for Elementary Education, not Special Education. The books list in the handbook, for students studying education, is out of date and misleading. My mentor teacher laughed at that the book list, and immediately questioned Prescotts validity.

My principal, Dr. Knight, also questioned Prescotts validity, after talking to Vicki Miller. He suggested I get out of Prescott as soon as possible, and transfer to Grand Valley State University, in Michigan.

Dr. Knight observed me on several occasions and said that my teaching was excellent, but that my knowledge, specifically, in Special Education, was inadequate.

*** 9. All of my Prescott classes were bogus, and so all of my money should be returned to me, from every class for the Special Education.

Most of my Mentored Study, was illegitimate because I never signed the contracts, and neither did my mentor teachers. I sent these contracts via email attachment; after Prescott faculty had lost the hard copies Id sent by UPS and FedEx.

My Mentored Study, is illegitimate because they inadequately prepared me for my teaching tests, which my principal and mentor teacher have told me I would not likely pass dude to its detail and specificity.

Classes that I turned in work for, Prescott lost, and so my transcript is riddled with No Credits.

There is not one faculty at Prescott that could give me the knowledge to pass the Special Education Teachers Test, and Ellens knowledge of Special Education is inadequate to be teaching these classes.
