 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have changed their name many times and will be shut down soon. If they get shut down while they are "working" on you modification you will have to start over. Their former attorney Rory Alarcon lost his lw license (you can look it up, New York state) and now they use Brian Butler, also in New York. Many people have lost their homes because of this company, and they just keep making more money. Stay away from them.
