Priority 1 Moving LLC, (866)627-8138 WARNING!! Do not contract this company Jersey City, New Jersey

On August 30, 2012 Priority 1 Moving company was contracted to do a move from Shelton, CT to Winter Park, FL. Our approximate delivery date was for September 28, 2012. I have contacted via phone hundreds of times for my belongings to get delivered and it is now October 22, 2012 and still no delivery. I have spoken to customer service in different days through the weeks and I get nowhere with them. Carine, Karin, Ryan, Martin and every other customer service representative "if any other" because they keep changing their names has not taken any accountability in a shape or form to give a straight answer as to where our belongings has ended up. The worse of the worst, Representative "Ryan" has acted as if he doesn't care-so his answers to questions are inconsistant with a very rude attitude. 

When asked to speak with managers or dispatch or someone above him, he says; he cannot give out that information. Karin or Carine are always 'out-of the office when you know clearly that is them answering the phones as well. I, and family members have been given the run-arround for days and weeks pertaining to a delivery date. There's never a straight answer and "if you threatened them with a lawsuit-they act as if they don't care; saying-"oh-you said that last week." Enough is enough! This company should be put out of business or someone should be held accountable for their actions. So be very aware-this company does not follow through with anything they promise. I'm begining to think that my property was either stolen or has been misplaced, which I will never get back if that happens to be the matter.
