Privicy Matters Identity-free Credit Report free credit report On 3/19/10, I went online to Privacy Matters for my credit report.I never saw my report so i cancelled on 3/22/10.Printed off email w/ cancellation # and it sating that i dont need to do nethng else.T Internet

On 3/19/10 I went online to Privacy Matters for my credit report.I waited 4 days and never saw nothing,so I cancelled on 3/22/10.Printed off email they sent with cancellation # and it stating that I dont need to do anything else to cancell my membership.On 3/25/10 they took $29.95 from me and i want my money back and the money it cost me for over draft fees.They seem to be able to take it out so fast but wants to take 3-4 weeks to put it back.WHY?
