Everything in this report is false and non-factual. Robert Johnson, a member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and one of Colorado’s top independent forensic accountants has confirmed the allegations are bogus. Furthermore, he supports the position that the attacked parties have operated with integrity.

 Summary of Independent Forensic Audit:

"During the course of my examination I found no evidence of theft by management of commissions owed to employees, found no evidence of commissions being improperly calculated or not paid when earned by employees, and I found no credible evidence of deception by Tom Cutshall.

Regarding the allegations that the Department of Labor and the Federal Trade Commission has an active case against Pro Media, Inc.  Nothing came to our attention to support such an allegation.  Nothing came to my attention to indicate transactions between Lead Info Stream, Pro Media, Inc. and Tom Cutshall were anything other than a normal business transaction consistent with the agreed upon service agreements. Nothing came to my attention to indicate Mr. Cutshall directed anyone to steal, underpay, or refuse payment to employees, nor engaged with any such related acts himself. Nothing came to my attention to indicate Mr. Cutshall has used deceptive practices in his dealings with employees or vendors.

Unfortunately rip off report can be used to compete, harass, and slander anyone without any supporting truth. Fortunately, the difference between a Certified Fraud Examiner and a nameless accuser is night and day.
