We hired these guys from Craigslist in San Luis Obispo. They said that they were a "Licensed & Insured moving Company".

 They were 2 hours late and when they showed up, they said that they can show up any time they want.

They looked like college kids and one of them was talking (to another helper) about how his parole was going. They were on their phones more than they worked.... and the work was terrible.

 They broke my screen door, put gouges in the walls, dragged my furniture across the ground, and literally destroyed my boxed marked "Fragile" by tossing them into the truck - kicking them across the floor and putting heavy boxes on top.

 Some boxes were opened & gone through and items were missing. An old wallet with about $40.00 in it was taken out of the box along with a box of condoms and a coin collection that my younger son was starting.

 One of them looked (and ackted) like he had a hangover and when I complained about their work habits, they yelled "SHUT UP AND LET ME DO MY JOB".

 The whole move was a fiasco. It took twice as long as it should have and then they demanded a tip...saying it was mandatory.

 We did not tip them and deducted $30.00 (for talking & breaks). They were angry and yelling. When they left, they yelled back at us saying: "That's OK, we already got out tip". We didn't know what they meant untill we discovered the opened boxes and the missing items (a box of condoms, $40.00 and a coin collection worth about $50.00).

We don't have the best furniture in the world, but it was ours and now it's scratched & gouged. Broken glass, pictures, etc.

Please do not hire these guys, They are not movers and they definitely do NOT know the first thing about moving.

I've found other complaints about these guys.
