Longhorn REO LONGHORN REO LIES AND DOES NOT PAY THEIR CONTRACTORS Internet

John Leeming that left FAS  from this company called us needing help with a property and told us that we were the only Houston vendor at this new company.  So we did complete initial services at this property and then were told that we would be receiving payment within 30-40 days, which is standard in this industry.

Well after 50-60 days, after inquiring about our payment, John would no longer answer his phone or return our calls or emails. Then we repeatedly called the office phone that no one ever answered but after leaving a message that we are going take legal action, a guy named Ben (presumably the owner) returned our call promising to pay us. It was at that time too we found out we were not the only Houston vendor, but that there were others.
 
Well now it has been close to 6 months after we completed the job no one there is answering our phone calls or emails. So we are going to be pursuing this in small claims court. Also, for those of you who are familiar with this work, we did not get sent back for any deficiencies and were told our job was satisfactory so this is not a charge back of any kind, we simply did not get paid for our work done and they are evading us! Contractors beware!!!
