Protect America Company uses high pressure sales to get incompetent, elderly people to get useless service Austin Texas

I was sick and mentally incompetent and unable to enter into a legal agreement. When the protect America contacted me I was so ill I could not remember my social security number or zip code. The salesman contined to harass me until I could find the information.

The equipment arrived and I was not competent enough to install the equipment. Protect America continued to take money from my account every month for a device I was not using.

My attendant contacted them early on and they would not talk to him because he didn't have the right information.

I was removed from my home and sent to a relatives house to be taken care of. In the mean time I was issued a new debit card and no monthly payments were being made to Protect America. Then now turned the account over to collections.

I ended up paying more than contract was worth to get away from this unscrupulous company. I am on a fixed income and can barely afford to eat. this company takes advantage of sick eldrrly people.

Pleas stay away from this company and make sure your loved ones, and anyone else you know, stays away from this company.
