PROTECT YOUR HOME ADT VERY DIS-HONEST COMPANY...Will Lie to you! Indianapolis, Indiana

When Inquiring with Multiple Security Business, I called what I was told ADT Home Security. There products and services sounded wonderful until the day it was all Installed. Which took the Tech 10 hours to Install.

After holes were drilled in my walls and all equipment was installed, I was sat down at my Kitchen Table for the sales pitch that totally blind sided me.

The Tech proceeded to explain to me that what is installed in my home was not what I was guaranteed on the phone with the Sales Dept the day I agreed to go with ADT and paid them there deposit. I was told I would be covered by Intruders entering through my windows, glass breaking, outside alarms and motion detectors.

 In order to get home security I was promised on the phone after running my Credit would have cost me $2000.00. YES! Two Thousand.

The next morning I checked into the company deeper and found out that I was Lied to and the Techs were from Protect Your Home, None of my Equipment was ADT. They also sold me the Cellular Back up that is monitored through AT&T only and I can not get AT&T cellular coverage in my home. (Which the techs should have verified!)

They place sensors on my windows at 12 which a small person can slide through when open and the window alarm will not sound.

There control panels have no back up box in your closet and can be pulled off the wall and smashed with no notice to police.

I could continue with more of there unknowledgeable Techs who have only been with the company 3weeks-90 days. I was given a phone number that the Sales lady said was her direct phone number at ADT should I need to call back with any questions or concerns. The number I was given was the General 800 number and no way to speak with the sales rep. as there are 100's of them solicitating the products.

Never received a verification phone call within 24 hours as told by the Sales Lady. Tech's were not at my home on Thursday to do Installation as scheduled the first time.

Thank the Good LordI did my homeworkyes a bit late but, never the less in time to cancel Protect Your Home within the 3 days.

I now have a Home Security System custom to my needs from a Local Company (which is very Important). Yesit cost more up front because they do not use lick & stick junk sensors, direct line of sight glass sensors and monitors. The Techs and Sales people have been with the company 7+ years. No hidden fees or promises!

Learn from my mistake. I decided to call my local Police Department and asked the officer in charge of Home Security and Neighborhood Crime Watch who they recommend for home security. Could not be Happier.

P.S. When Protect Your Home came to remove there System. They offered me the moon and was willing to put any and all devices in my home if I would stay with them.

I said No.they lost all my Faith & Trust. This is mine & my Families Life.
