He claims he has nothing to do with the Pulsed Energy Technologies. Then why is he setting up advertising for them?

He claims he did not receive a single referral. The listing generated 30 leads between Sept and Nov and probably would have been much more if "James" had not adjusted the Total Capital Investment to 4.5 million dollars. When we first published the listing we had it at a minimum of $500.

He claims to have never logged into the site but he would have had to when he updated the pricing on the listing.

After we realized he disputed all 3 transactions we even went as far as offering him a partial refund if he called off the disputes. He would have none of that either. "As far as I knew it was for one month I canceled it and I’m not reversing anything"

The biggest lie? He told his credit card issuer he had no idea who the business was that charged his card.

Lies, lies & lies.....throw in a case or credit card fraud too and you have Jason "James" Holt of Las Vegas.

Jason Holt of Las Vegas....why did you use a fake name in your rebuttal? i.e. "James"

We exchanged many emails and texts while we were setting up your ad so you knew exactly how to get in touch with us.

It looks like your company has a history of ripping other companies off too. If you're reading this post search for Pulsed Energy Technologies on this site for more incidents.

I'll be checking this site more often so we can steer clear of fraudulent people and companies like Jason & Gail Holt of Las Vegas & Pulsed Energy Technologies of North Hollywood California.

Firstly, my company has nothing to do with Pulsed Electro Tech and Josh Silver (the company this individual is bad mouthing).  I am an independent person trying to raise money for various businesses that I would like to get involved in, pulsed Electro Tech is one of them.  I contacted this individual and paid him $59 for a month of advertising looking for investors.  I believe three people contacted me, (properly shills) all were a waste of time.  After a month I didn't want to carry on andI cancelled my efforts with this individual.  Three month went by and my wife asked me what this charge for $59 was.  I had no idea and we contacted the bank.  The bank let us know who was making the charge and did a search to find that My credit card had been charged four times.  I didn't even know how to contact this person, the bank said they would.  All of a sudden I get a text message from this individual saying if I except the charges he will refund me for one month.  This was ludicrous to me seeing I tried his service for a month and it was basically a waste of time and money, and I cancelled it.  If he looked back, he would see that over the months  I never logged on to his site or got a single referral.  If I was ripping him off I would haven been getting leads from him, but not a single lead after the first month, nor did I log onto his site.  I didn't even save info for his service cause it was worthless.  Any respectable business would have checked this out and realized that they had not sent me one lead in months, seen I had not logged onto his site, but instead of contacting me to make sure that I had cancelled this service, he carried on charging me evert month for nothing. He clearly new I had cancelled this but carried on charging me hoping I would not notice, which I hadn't.  If he kept my ads running for months and  I didn't get a single response, it is clear that he was trying to rip me off, stealing $59 a month for nothing, and when I had the bank contact him cause after all this time I didn't know who he was anymore, he starts harassing me sending constant text messages threatening me.  I contacted the bank security regarding the harassment they have  advised me to make a police report. He is very immature the way he runs his business. if he did this to me he has done this to many, threatening to ruin me on social media etc..  he does not have the integrity of looking at the situation and admitting he is at fault.  He clearly doesn't give a d**n,but he should be very careful who he is bad mouthing, starting with the company who has nothing to do with my business or his. Very sad.
