Q Events Jacob Browning Failed to pay bill and violated contract Denver Colorado Internet

 Owner Jacob Browning of Q Events ( Q Productions ) Based out of Denver Colorado entered into a verbal and written agreement for dj services from Jason Koplin aka Dj Omega owner of Omega Nation Entertainment. Owner failed to provide deposit and travel and lodging arrnagments in a timley fashion. He then proceded to not pay for dj services and the week of the event attempted to cancle and change booking dates. Due to late communication as per our agreement bookings fees were to be paid in full. Jacob Browning who is the owner then agreed to pay and requested a few days to pay and said he had to talk to his mom (...... I know ) Everyday he would promise payment and then ceased all communication and I had to attempt communication several times. Once contact was made he apologized and agreed to make the payment the next day. Again no communication was attempted and when this occured I told him i would attempt collection via small claims court. He then proceded to insult and send inappropriate comments such as your a loser and a f*****! I then informed him i would be filing online complaints and reports via all possible medians such as welp,BBB and social media. His final reply was he would pay me but could not because he overdosed on drugs and alchohol and had to enter rehab. I informed him I was not responsible for his abuse of alchohol and drugs and these funds were due and required because I am a professonal artist and these funds pay for my bills. At this point he had his mom contact me who has no leagall connection to the company and she said stop contacting my son. I informed her i would be fiiling a small claims suit and would persue this leagally at this point i sent her the proof of our agreement and their was no further contact. He then contacted me saying he would pay me please stop reporting his buisness. He kept requesting more time and blamed his need for drug and alchohol rehabilitation. I still have not recieved any payment.
