Quality Lumber Guardian Doors/Therma Tru Patio Doors Bought 5068 Twin FUll view fiberglass door and it is warped Whitehouse Texas

I bought Guardian Fiberglass Patio doors with a 1 year warrenty in September of 2015 and had them installed by a carpenter last weekend,  The doors are warped and do not fit properly in the frames.  I have had 2 individuals out her to access and talked to the company where purchased multiple times this week as well as the manufacturer of the parts.  I need to file a warrenty claim and cannot get anyone to help me with that.  All I am asking for is to replace the doors at no charge.  The frame is in good repair and square and plumb by all standards.  I can get no one to commit to replacing the doors.I purchased them for the price of 875.00.  Fiberglass doors should not warp, they should be waterproof as outside doors, and these obviously do not meet that criteria.
