We signed a mining agreement of whichShane/Quantum Donovan has breached the contract. He has paid us less than 4% of the total mining proceeds owed and is basically presenting a non-licensed security to individuals in Washington, Idaho, Utah, Oregon, Nevada, California and Arizona that we have been able to confirm.
He has not paid anyone fully nor according to their contracts that we are aware of. This is securities fraud and we are asking for anyone else that has been scammed by Shane and Quantum Donovan to please reach out to us so we can take unified legal action. He is holding millions in crypto and refuses to pay us back our principal nor mining results.
