Michael has contacted me tirelessly stating that we have done business, has acted as if he has confidential information and everything he appears to be doing seems fradualent. I never gaven him my personal information or telephone number but he calls me, emails me and states that we know each other all to have a finacial gain.

I beleive he is buying confidnential informatioin and using that to get business owners to apply with him. He also begins the initial converastaion with a lie as to dceive the owner that he has done business with them before. He is very dishonest and a trickster.

This post seems to be very 1 sided and misleading...

The email provided is a very general email and does quite the opposite of providing evidence to back your claim of any "fraudlenet acitivity" or possessing "confidential information".

If anything it discredits your accusations.

If you are receiving emails/sales calls you must be a "lead" and one can safely assume others have attempted to contact you as well? Cold calls are a part of sales. Be mindful before you post about an individual or company without any backing.
